Price quoted was $ 1800.00 to repair drain trap that was clogged and had backed into the basement toilet. At the end of the day and he still had my water shut off he said he would have to do more work, even though he used a camera? The cost went to 5000.00. I told him I did not have that much. He had other people do the work who were not too smart and had broken equipment and tools. They were loud and used foul language, borrowed things from my neighbors. I had several complaints and now have other damage from them. He lied in small claims court and won, I may have to sue for damages etc. He also does not repair concrete. I have had two other plumbers tell me things are not right with this and there is other damage but the business is having financial and employee problems. One worker told us that the pay checks bounced at the bank. There is a City program to help with this work, however he is not part of this program since they pay 3000.00 total including concrete work. Other plumbers in the area do contract thru the City and are honest and professional.
