I recently purchased a custom engagement ring for my fiancé from BEL Jewelers. I was quite anxious and nervous having no experience purchasing jewelry. I can’t say enough about my excellent experience with the staff. They helped me through every step from beginning to the end, constantly checking to make sure I was comfortable throughout the process. They are extremely knowledgeable in their field. Having the piece of mind that I was being treated so well really made the whole experience quite enjoyable. Not to mention, my fiancé is absolutely head over heels in love with the engagement ring, and is constantly asked who made such an incredible piece of jewelry. Thanks to Igor, I’ll never have to search for another Jeweler again. The quality of the piece is outstanding. Everything I could have hoped for.

I came here to see if they were able to make earrings. I wanted silver hammered hoops. Nothing too crazy. The men standing around were rude and had no interest in helping me. They didn’t recommend any alternatives, just flat out said no. I went to Infinity Jewelers and they ordered exactly what I wanted. I’m sure Bel could have done the same.

I came there couple months ago with bunch of old jewelry that I haven’t used for years. They completely transformed it into three absolutely stunning pieces: a necklace, and two rings. customer service was superior, everyone was nice and professional. I was so happy with the outcome. Highly recommend !!!

My family has been dealing with Bel Jewelers since the original staff and owners were still there. Bernie and his wife are good friends of my parents and every time we go in now there always happy to see us still. Now that I’m older I have dealed with them for jewelry for my girlfriend! I have gotten my girlfriend a necklace which is absolutely beautiful and it puts those jewelers in the mall to shame as far as quality, and price! I love Bel I even came here for an anniversary gift for my girlfriend, once again I have not been disappointed, the price and beauty always fit my standards! I hope to deal with Bel when I plan on getting engaged and also because this is my family jeweler. I would recommend them to anyone. There fair, produce high quality metal and precious gems, and they give you a price to work with!

Bel Jewelers closed down literally right after I got my engagement ring resized. And that’s a total shame, because the place didn’t generate cookie-​cutter rings — my fiancé actually selected the diamond and the setting seperately, resulting in a beautiful, one-​of-​a-​kind piece of jewelry that’s almost as perfect as the man who gave it to me.
Oh well. At least that means the horrid, nasty woman who resized my ring improperly (it’s now half a size too small and only comes off with a great deal of soap and unladylike grunting — which could have been avoided if she had ANY customer-​service skills whatsoever) is out of a job.
