Chris’s Pizza

First time ordering and I have to say I’m pretty impressed. My food arrived within 20 minutes and the delivery guy was really nice!
Also, I like how you can order one slice of pizza (the slices are huge) and the delivery minimum is $ 6. Def will be ordering from here again!

I wanted a small beef pepperoni pizza. I was told they have medium and up. Okay give me a medium. The delivery come the pizza is Luke warm at best. And was in no way a medium size pizza it was a small. I’m good there’s other places to order from.

We have been ordering from Chris’s for 5 years without a problem. We love their food but after last night I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and no longer recommending them.
7:30 — I order off their website 2 hours in advance for a delivery a 9:30.
9:50 — No pizza, email ordering service and then call Chris’s. Service e-​mails back saying they contacted Chris’s and it is on it’s way. Chris’s says the same to me (lie #1).
10:30 — No pizza. E-​mail ordering service and call Chris’s. Chris’s stated that they came and I gave them the wrong number (Lie #2 — my boyfriend was sitting outside waiting for them so even if they had the wrong number he was right there). They also tell the ordering service this. I check the receipt. It’s the right number (lie #3). They say it will be here in 10 minutes (lie #4).
11:00 — Pizza comes. First, the guy tried delivering it down the street. Then, it turns out, IT’S THE WRONG PIZZA and they try to appease me by sending over a free Ginger Ale. Ginger Ale!!!
I email the ordering service back stating that I want a refund and they said they already asked and Chris’s said no that it was MY FAULT.
Done. At least take ownership where you made a mistake.

These people are jerks. Jerks who make average food.
I’m working at Belmont hospital across the street and the pickins are slim for delivery lunch. I ordered last week and despite the fact that they are about 100 yards away delivery for a burger and wrap took 45 minutes. Sidebar: I totally would have got the food myself but we are not allowed off campus. I’m not that lazy!
Anyway, the food was just ok. The burger was dry, the fries were soggy, and the wrap was poorly constructed and fell apart shortly after the first bite.
All this aside, I tried ordering from them today just to be berated. I asked them to deliver to the hospital but was told «we no longer deliver to you people.» Apparently Chris’ had a problem tracking down a customer in the hospital before. I told him exactly where I’d be (the lobby) and gave him my cell phone number, but he still wasn’t interested. He yelled at me saying he wasn’t going to take my order, then hung up on me! Mediocre food and rude, terrible service? No thanks!

Chicken fingers were great, everything else… AWFUL! I just spent 30 bucks on 5 chicken fingers. Everything else was inedible. The pepperoni rolls were $ 7 for big rolls of dry, flavorless bread wrapped around a small piece of pepperoni. If there was any cheese in there it was not detectable. The chicken ranch pizza was a pizza crust piled high with shredded lettuce, a few chunks of tomato… and that’s about it. NO flavor. Super disappointed and will never order from this place again. For 30 bucks from a place I used to frequent, I really expected a lot more.

The majority of the food here stinks I ordered a burger deluxe here on 4÷26÷15 that was under cooked and the fries where dripping with oil I even called them and they made a second batch that where just as bad and I threw both in the trash. I have given them many opportunities with prior orders that where average to below. Money is to hard to come by to waste don’t go here unless perhaps you want a salad those are acceptable.

I like their double cheeseburger and its one of the best i have ever had. Their reward program online is very useful if you’re a regular, you collect points and you get free pizzas and other stuff

The pizza itself tasted fine, but did not even remotely resemble Chicago deep dish, which is what we ordered and why we tried this place. We’re from Michigan and have been looking for a good deep dish or thick crusted pizza here in Philly and our search will continue, the pizza was just as thin and flimsy as every other generic pizza we’ve had put here.

Great experience with this place. Ordered online which was very user friendly and offers a points system for rewards. The guy, Dino, called me to confirm something in my order and was very polite. Food took a little bit longer than I would have liked, but I also think Im right on the edge of their delivery zone so it made sense. The food was VERY yummy. It seems to have that authentic family feel to it. Just very nice people. That includes the phone guy and the delivery guy. Too many places around here with an okay person answering the phones and less than desirable delivery people, just ghetto quite frankly around here. I have to disagree with the person who made a comment below about quesadillas on the menu. I never seen a dumber observation. Majority pizza places all carry the same menu, wings, wraps, cheesesteaks, apps, salads I have no idea why someone would find that weird they make food besides pizza, I will definitely order here again!

Tried Chris’s Pizza for the first time tonight and I was quite pleased. We tried the buffalo chicken fries which were really tasty, calzone, and manicotti. The Calzone was awesome. I would definitely order it again. My boyfriend got the manicotti and liked it as well. We’ll definitely be ordering from Chris’s pizza again.

Food is acceptable, but don’t sit down to eat unless you like the smell of urine coming from the bathroom while eating The cashier who is the first point of contact had on a disgustingly dirty shirt bearing the name of the business! When I commented on it she said that I should tell him, because he only gives her one shirt! You’d think that she would have washed it before coming to work, since she is the FIRST POINT OF CONTACT!

In a ‘desert’ of lack of good food and service in this area (of town), Chris’ pizza is an oasis.
I STRONGLY recommend the Stromboli.

The food is ok… Customer service suck and delivery is worst… If they forget an item in your delivery the solution will be that they will speak with the delivery guy… They will not refund your money and will not give you your missing food… Had to call back and ask what will happen and when I asked for a manager he was rude and the owner has been unreachable for 2 days, even though the manager said he would be in… I will never order from there again. This place sucks!

wasnt thrilled with their pizza there are much better places in the area for pizza the staff was very friendly but thats not going to help the taste of the pizza

Ordered a Caesar Salad. Didn’t come with any dressing. When I called, I was told I didn’t select a dressing so no dressing was delivered (um, hello. Chicken CAESAR Salad??).
So they told me they’d send out another dressing but they never did. That’s horrible customer service, telling a customer that an item that was supposed to be included in the original delivery is «on its way», yet no one ever shows.
My friends and neighbors in my building order from them often, but I can guarantee no more after tonight. Try «Wings Over Philly», great food and actual customer service.
Just lost many customers due to their unprofessionalism.

I love the pizza here. The dinners aren’t really anything to brag about, but the pizza is my favorite in this area.
You can also place your order online, which makes my life slightly easier if I’m still finishing up work and want to get my order in ahead of time.

They’re ok in a pinch, but not my pizza place of choice. You can get a pretty good cheesesteak here, and they deliver, so I can’t give them a totally bad review.
The best thing here is probably their Special Fries w/​cheddar, swiss, and mozzarella cheese, spices and if you want. bacon. The worst thing here is that there is entirely too much stuff on the menu. Why does a pizza place need to serve QUESADILLAS??? See what I mean? LOL
