This rating reflects customer service only, and not the quality or craftsmanship of the jewelry. I came to De Simone jewelers looking to have my engagement ring redesigned. I had seen a picture on their website of a certain engagement ring that I wanted. I called first to make an appointment and set up a time to come in to the store. I explained how I wanted to change my ring and was told that they would have a mold ready by the end of the week and that they would call me then. The end of the week came and went. I called the next week to inquire about my ring, and was told they had been busy and hadn’t made the mold yet, but that it would be ready the following week. Long story short, this went on for three months (I’m embarrassed to say I put up with them that long) — the back and forth calling. I finally gave up and went to Tang’s jewelers down the street from De Simone’s where I received great service– great customer service, great quality work and quick!
