If you want to see drunk undergrads 7 days a week and not be able to sleep because of insane amounts of noise, sing up for Domus! The rent may be high, but they have refined the miserable living experience to perfection. If you are over the age of 21, rent somewhere else. If you have any type of real job or career, rent somewhere else. If you want to pay high prices and be graced with no sleep and help hold the drunk kids up in the elevator so they don’t fall on you, Domus has a new lease ready for you! :) Can’t blame the staff totally though – it’s unclear if they are super lazy or just stupid.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! The management is unreasonable, they charged me with a violation for something I didn’t do, twice! My neighbor saw me walking my dog and they reported to the management said that my dog urinated on the elevator landing, and they charged me with a violation. thats all they have, some random person saw me walking my dog. And they refused to take it off, i don’t know if this is because I am a foreigner because that would take it to another level. But they bought the words of someone only knows my dog’s appearance but not the owner’s.

Beautiful apartments, nice staff in the office and at the concierge desk and maintenance. Nice pool and gym. Pool table, study rooms, media rooms, and lobby computer area all extremely useful/​fun. Maintenance always done in a timely and high quality manner. Lovely residents, cool community-​wide activities. Really enjoyed living here. (Only wish the fire alarm system hadn’t gone off multiple times a year.)
