This location is small. Seems like a spot the young teens hang out at. I’ve never had a problem here. Whether its a donut sandwich or beverage no complaints

i hate this dunkin donuts. you order a coffee, cream and sugar and you get a tea with milk. no lie. if they would stop talking to each other and listen to the customer ordering, maybe they would get it right. i live close by but i will go down the road to the other one to avoid the stress.

This is a basic Dunkin’ Donuts. The coffee is always hot and I get my beverages exactly how I order them. Plus, they honor coupons for free stuff. Can’t complain.

Went in the drive-​thru lane and ordered an un-​sweetened medium ice tea with no ice. The woman on the speaker said they don’t give teas without ice. So I asked for the least amount of ice they can give. I got up to the pick-​up window and the manager said they cannot give ice teas without ice. I drove away!
Are the Dunkin Donuts’ profits based on a few extra ounces of iced tea? Give me a break!
They lost a customer.
