E Nails

Never disappointed when I come here. Only 4 stars because it seemed a little rushed. Never had a bad pedicure from this place.

The employees are friendly here. You always get what you ask for. If you’re not happy with your nails the boss will fix it for you. Most nail techs do very nice nails and designs. #7 and #14 are very good at design.

I always go here. They’re always busy because they’re that good. Lol. They have a good number of employees working here so there’s never usually a wait unless you come on a Saturday obviously. They’re raising the prices in November by the way.

I’ve been looking for a nail salon that treats me like I’m at the spa but with practical prices. I Found It!!! My co-​worker always has great nails and told me this is where she goes, so I followed suite and figured to give them a try. Technician14 was awesome: she was polite, provided a great massage, gave compliments and listened to what I wanted. Her technique was great and development goals for my next few visits. I will be going back bi-​weekly!

My experience with E-​nails was pretty bad. Usually when I go to get my nails done, the nail polish stays on for 2 to 3 weeks. This was not the case this time. It literary started peeling off the next day. As well as that, I had something that I wanted to be done on my nails and when I told the woman, she tried to persuade me to get something a higher price when I told her no multiple times. In addition to that, when I had her do what I wanted, she tried to tell me that I had to pay for gel nail polish (which I did not)
Now most of my nail polish is peeling and it has only been 3 days my sister as well got her nails done and she used the same brand nail polish as me and her nails are still completely painted. I really hope the next time I get my nails done there, if I do, it will be a better experience.

This 5 star review is for one of the nail techs there, not the actual place itself. I am very picky when it comes to my nails. I am that customer no one wants to handle because of how detail oriented I am. JENNY IS AMAZING! Jenny is THE best mani and pedi I have ever had in my life. I am not a huge fan of the salon itself however, Jenny will keeps coming back. So happy I found someone who takes their time to make sure they’re even and everything it perfect.

Ok I’m so over this place. It’s gotten super ghetto and dirty. The trash cans are overflowing, I actually saw a wax paper with half an eyebrow stuck to it laying on the floor. The last person to do my eyebrows smelled like an ashtray which is no fun in such confined quarters. And she screwed them up. The guy who runs the joint is pretty mean too. There’s a few nice girls working here but not enough to warrant a return. E-​nails and I are officially broken up.

First time here but my best friend comes all the time… I needed my nails done for my friend’s wedding on Friday. I gave them pictures of what I wanted from pinterest and the guy that did my nails did an awesome job, but the girl that did my toenails completely sucks… its all blocky and square when I wanted it ombré… o well, you win some you lose some.

This place is an unsanitary nail chop shop. They gave me psuedomonas on my nails, something I’ve never had before, then they just covered over them with more acrylic and didn’t inform me that it was an infection. I googled what it was because I knew it wasn’t normal. They are definitely not supposed to cover them and act like everything is fine. Any place that will do that has no regard for their clients’ health and is a place that will knowingly spread nail infections. The girl who caused them tried to put acrylic over a nail that had obviously lifted halfway off and I had to point It out to her. Then she just clipped it a little and put acrylic over it. Since I have never had any problems before with my nail enhancements I didn’t realize how obviously unsafe and dirty it was.
I’ve also looked at their nail tech certifications on the wall, and they have maybe six or eight, but they have many more people than that doing nails there. After this place I’m pretty much done with acrylics.

Place is always packed. lots of stations but only a hand few of the workers are great. I wish they had better customer service skills. Also the nail polish collection is ok. I would like to see more color choices or when you ask for a color the ladies actually know where to find the color.
