The guy Happy from the Eagle Hair salon in Chinatown is here for a while now if you are looking for him. This is a new location they opened up a few months ago. He does such amazing job on my hair as always. The first time I went to him for a short layer and he did exactly as what I wanted. Since the summer is approaching, I wanted to get more visible layer so I asked for long layer and he never failed to create a piece of art again. Would recommend Happy to everyone because he does exactly what you want and knows how to make it fits your facial feature. Amazing!
