Eclipse Hookah Lounge

I want to start off by saying that I own a hookah lounge in Georgia and was here to just explore a city I haven’t been to. That being said, I walked up the fly infested staircase and see maybe a 12 – 14 year old kid telling me that it’s $ 15 before I could even say hello. I then get the hookah and start smoking for about 5 minutes and see that there is barely any smoke coming out. I get up and see that there are 3 small coals on the head and think it’s way too much so I take one off. Then after a few more drags and no smoke, I see that there is WAY too much water and I kindly ask the «server» to take some out because that’s the reason the hookah is not enjoyable. He yells at me and says «that’s what we always do and it works just fine so no, I will not take water out» I got up and said I didn’t want it and I asked how much it will cost but I refuse to pay full price and he just shrugged his shoulders and I assumed I didn’t have to pay so I left. I only gave 1 star because that’s the least you can give. ⁰⁄₅ would never recommend this place.

Terrible service, the guy who made our hookah was like 10 years old and over charged all of our cards and was extremely rude. One of the hookahs was duct taped together and was completely fucked. Save yourself the money and time. ⁰⁄₅

Horrible place. The entrance is on the side of an alley way. Extremely dirty inside. The waiter was a 14 year old boy who should not have been handling coals or glass. We asked if we could turn move tables because there was a bug under ours and he said «you could do that but I would have to clean the other table so no». Long story short our hookah was legit duct taped together. He must up our cards by charging us for five people when there was only tree people. Would never come here again.

Dipped here after hitting up Jim’s. Average ambience and only so so service. Same owners also own the Turkish restaurant below. Its a small family owned spot and they do the best with the space they have

Worst service ever! We were served an ice bucket — no cups … Took 20min to get shisha then another 40min for my food with no utensils. Then my friends had to go downstairs to get their own food they ordered. WE EVENTUALLY GOT CUPS — to go with our melting ice bucket. They need better service. Only great thing about this place was the group of friends I was with. Not even going to comment on my food — by the time I got it I wasn’t hungry.
Oh and it is $ 15 per person and an extra $ 10 if you BYOB — we had 4 ppl and a bottle. Somehow (15×4) +10 = $ 75 and she charged our card $ 75. Last i checked that was $ 70.
We are still waiting on our shisha change out. –_​–
Our change out happened after 5times of requesting it. The delay reason from our server — «I forgot»
Avoid this place — go to byblos or king tut.

The waiter dropped the burning coal on me, which burned through my new ski pants. At the end, we still paid the full price and didn’t receive any compensation for the accident. Not the experience I was hoping for.
