Unfortunately have to downgrade after a few more weeks here. I’m woken up multiple times per night because from my bed I can hear loudly and clearly every time my neighbor turns on the shower, turns on the sink, or flushes the toilet. And the gym is a weird contradiction. It’s a cool atrium space with sweeping panoramic views over the city and has decent if limited gym equipment. But it’s weird in that it feels neither finished nor properly maintained. There’s a drinking water dispenser that has never been connected to a water source, there’s dispensers for sanitary gym wipes that have never been filled, there’s an area for vending machines but there’s no vending machines. Meanwhile, there’s cracks in a mirror, there’s weights missing, there’s used bandages stuck to the floor, there’s holes in the drywall, there’s weird scuff marks all over the walls and countertop, and the machines feel sticky from the sweat that has never been wiped off(see my point above about the lack of wipes).

They have really thin walls and filled with undergraduate students. If you don’t enjoy partying with freshmen and live in college style«dorm». DONOT live here. I repeat DONOT live here because you won’t sleep well while your next door is partying
