One of the worst experiences ever.
Called because we had ants. Tried to sell me a monthly plan and I declined.
4 days later I still had ants and in exactly the same place — near the sink
Told me to wait a few days since it had rained.
Called a week later and was told that my receipt noted they did not guarantee anything … Unless I signed up for a monthly service, still can’t figure out what the payment system has to do with the service of ridding me of ants. Not like I called a year later or even a month later, but the fact is I’ve had ants every day since they came out and sprayed for ants.
So what exactly are their service offerings?
Anyway, I’ll certainly never use Fleming’s again.
