They have a kind, helpful, professional staff. I brought my violin in months ago to be repaired and after my delay picking it up they didn’t want to just give it to me until they felt everything was correct. I was in a bit of a rush and couldn’t wait for another adjustment so I went back a few days later. They did an amazing job on the fingerboard, bridge, pegs, chin rest, and sound posts. The women helping me even took the time to help me choose a new shoulder rest. Mine was so old and simple I never knew about all the different types of models. Definitely make sure you have time in your day before coming just in case you have to try things out, need an adjustment on a pick up, or just wind up talking to their knowledgable staff. Oh, carry plenty of quarters/dolla bills if you plan on street parking. This is a low minute per quarter section of Philly and your time runs out before you can bat your lashes.
