Gianfranco Pizza Rustica

Ordered several pies for a work meeting. The pizzas were delivered right on time piping hot and the beverages were cold. They were all good, but we especially liked the white pizza and BBQ chicken. Online ordering made planning ahead very easy.

This place was awful. Me and some friends decided to order about 50 $ of food football sunday. They said it would take about 1 hour for delivery which is fine. The problem was when after waiting for the expected hour I received a phone call stating that they were out of wings, the only reason we were ordering! Why does it take an hour to figure out you have no wings. Place is small dirty and unprofessional when I ate there in person once before.

Ordered a large plain pizza online for pickup. You get a 5% discount for online ordering. That worked out well, pizza was almost ready when we arrived. The employees were ok — fairly friendly. Then we tried the pizza. Just not worth it. Little amount of sauce was tasteless. Cheese was alright. THE CRUST — NO ! It looked alright but it had no crispness at all. It was like pizza on a slice of white bread. Sorry won’t be back.

I can only add to Brad P.‘s comment… two GOOD SIZE pieces of TASTY pizza and a soda for $ 6.50…sold. (x2, my wife liked it also!)

Great food. Place is a little small so don’t always expect a spot. But the quality of the food is what matters most, right?

Prices are kind of high. the food is really good though. especially the bbq chicken pizza, mozzarella sticks and buffalo wings

Decent meatball parm, so so pizza. Got delivery, all I can really say is eh…

This is definitely one of the better pizza joints in the area. The slices and pies are large, the dough is fresh and chewy, and the flavors are fresh and consistent. The bruschetta pizza was very good and the tomatoes were fresh and clean. Quick delivery too!

Food was pretty good, def good value, very fast delivery and that’s important when you r really hungry lol

WOW! The small pizza is the size of a medium at most chains.
The crust was cooked to perfection. Generous amounts of cheese and pepperoni.
I ordered delivery to my hotel. Quick service.

If you prefer hard crusts, you might not be a fan of the chewy dough they have.
Wings are decent. They’re not as dry as other places.

This is not the WORST pizza I’ve had, but it certainly does not meet the qualifications of good. We actually compared it Chuckie Cheese so… yeah. We ordered delivery of one plain, one pepperoni, one broccoli rabe with garlic. They replaced plain with another pepperoni and broccoli rabe with straight up broccoli. Not cool. And your chewy crust did NOT help compensate. We are not fans.

If I wasn’t part of the Unilocal community, I would have never discovered a place like this. While at a conference, a few of us were looking for a place for a quick bite. Walking up and down a few streets, we were unsure of which place to try out. Luckily for me, I pulled out my trusty IPhone and looked at cheap eateries in the area. This place was near the top of the list and was right across the street.
We walked into the very small location and each ordered a large slice of pie and a soda. No refills on the soda, which always baffles me as the most expensive part of the transaction is the actual cup. I hate it when places like this charge for a refill (rant over)
I ordered a buffalo chicken slice and my friend ordered a BBQ chicken slice. I was more than satisfied with my choice as was my friend. We tried a different place the next day and were heavily disappointed in the drop in taste.
We were able to get out of there for under $ 10 and full bellies from the large slice of pizza. Might have gotten a little pricey had it been dinner time and we needed a second slice, but the perfect place for a light lunch. Would definitely return if we are in the area.

This is a decent little pizza place near Market Street that my girlfriend and I decided to go too. The place is kind of tiny, but is good for two people to eat there. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak and it was real delicious. The chicken was actual grilled chicken meat, and not that cheap thin meat slab. This is not a bad joint to grab a bite in an intimate setting.

Great for delivery. The pizza is awesome — good dough, good sauce, good cheese, good toppings. I have a couple go-​to pizzas but my all time favorite is the 4 Gusti which has mushrooms, prosciutto, artichokes and olives.
The wing sauce is good, but the wings themselves are hit or miss. During peak times, I’ve found that the wings can be small, dry, and overcooked. During off-​peak times, they can be fantastic. If you are interested in a carb overload, the garlic knots are pretty awesome.

Great little whole in the wall pizza joint. The pizza slices are huge in size and flavor! I tried the barbecue chicken and the ranch chicken slices, so tasty! The crust is thin and crunchy with the perfect proportions of sauce, cheese and toppings. You can taste everything in each bite, the way truly good pizza should be. They have a cute little seating area and the service is quick. Perfect little lunch spot!

I have always had great pizza from here. Slices are the best, but even their whole pies are delicious. I haven’t had delivery from here, but my pick up orders are always ready very fast.

The pizza by the slice is not that great. I was severely unimpressed by this, and told myself I wouldn’t try it again for pizza. I ordered a slice of sausage, and they heated it up (like any other pizza by the slice place would). I walked it home, opened the bag, and was pretty bummed. Not a lot of sausage, really dry, really mediocre.
Then, one Saturday, we decided to order a chicken, bacon, ranch and mushroom pizza for delivery. It was the only place we knew of for pizza that was open, so we gave it another shot. AMAZING. I was so impressed by this pizza, that my previous notions were blown out of the window.
I am torn on what rating would be appropriate for this spot because of my two vastly different experiences. The slice pizza at the window was gross, and the delivery was outstanding. I will give them a 3 out of 5 for now, and will revisit this review after trying it more in the future.

Outstanding little shop Perfect crush. Chicken ranch beat the BBQ chicken, bit only by a little. Quick and friendly service. Definitely worth a stroll down 3^rd street

You will not be disappointed. Run by a Sicilian, who grew up in NYC, he clearly brings the passion for food into his pies.
