Would give them no star if possible. Turns out they have a BBB rating of D– for customer service/​products. At least they are consistently bad!

This is somewhat bitter sweet for me. I absolutely love this store. I love the clothes. I LOVE the boots. I here western stile boots pretty much daily. They have a pretty good selection of classic boot and upscale boot. In fact I have bought about 3 pairs here. HOWEVER.. . the staff!!! EEEK! The owner makes me want to pull my teeth out. He is so incredibly pushy! I don’t need someone to sell me a boot. If I go in and see something I like I will buy it. If I don’t see something I like, don’t try and corner me and sell me something I don’t want! Its truly a disgusting experience. The sales staff unfortunately must be trained to do the same because more often than not they are often the same way, though not nearly as pushy as the owner. The biggest tip off you get if you have been here more than once is their sale. They have a sale of $ 50 off. EVERYDAY, EVERY MONTH, ALWAYS. Common, if you need to trick people into thinking they are getting a deal then why even bother? What a scam. Just drop the price of every boot $ 50! Don’t tell your customers that your giving them this great deal. Like I said before, disgusting. And again, its bitter sweet for me because I think this place is really great. I love their products! Its just not worth being harassed and tricked while shopping. Such a shame.. .

Good quality of boots. My pair cost me $ 175 with discount. I bought more old-​style but they have super crazy ones. Girls very kind and helpful! I found this store in the Internet and it’s only one that I saw in the city center. When you step in you feel the spirit of Wild West times and I love it!

Never again… they told me on the phone they had Frye Boots in stock… when I got to the store they didn’t carry them… but I tried on a couple of other boots… the sales girl was rude… the selection was worse… I wouldn’t bother with this place again

I recently bought a pair of boots there for $ 295 ($ 50 off «original» price with their fall sale, so I could have spent $ 350). I love the boots — no problem with that, they are Stetson, they are beautiful, and they smell great (yes, I smell the boots. handworked leather smells awesome. My credit card just started a 30 day «price rewind» program. I signed up, and so far it says the lowest sale price my credit card can find is $ 127. So I’m getting at least $ 168 back UNLESS my credit card company finds a price even lower by ¹¹⁄₂₂! I’m going to New Orleans this weekend and will have a lot of fun knowing I’m getting money back on my boots. Thanks to Citi Card!

DO NOT BUY BOOTS FROM THIS STORE. The other reviewers are correct: the staff are pushy and dishonest. I recently purchased a $ 200 dollar pair of boots from the store, here are the highlights:
1) The sales person told me I could return the boots for another pair within 30 days, and then, after the purchase, told me all sales are final and I could NOT return them for another pair.
2) The sale person told me they had «stretched» the boot a bit for me the toe area. That didn’t happen. I found out later that the machine they needed to do that was broken.
3) I took the boots back to exchange them for a better fitting pair. They offered to stretch them «again» but the machine they needed was broken. So they used a different machine that stretched the boots in the wrong place and now instead of being too tight, they fall off when I walk.
Now I have a 200 pair of boots that I hate wearing. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else with your business.
