Well as the moving day approaches, actually more stress is there waiting for you. All I ever worry is about my furniture, I’m an interior designer, and as you guessed I only buy unique furniture. I initially found GoldStar Movers from a friend’s recommendation, and used them the 2^nd time so far.
Customer service is amazing. First time when I called I spent nearly 20 minutes explaining how complicated it is and how I wanted my furniture to be taken care of. The moving consultant was very patient and answered all of my questions. She even called me couple days before the move to confirm.
I had Joe (I guess he is a manager) both times move me. He and his movers were absolutely great and hardworking. They asked me what I wanted them to wrap and take care of, as they had the instructions with them. They had enough blankets to cover all of the disassembled pieces of my custom built furniture. The loading time was around 3 hours for a full truck from the second floor, but unloading took twice less. They were really quick.
Movers will give you 5% discount if you pay cash. And they have a Unilocal deal as well. You get a really god deal with GoldStar Movers. I am fully satisfied with their services and would highly recommend them to anyone.
