Cool place.
I went to get a haircut for a wedding, although my hairdresser was nice and the haircut appeared good it wasn’t. Later that day I noticed she cut off a patch in front of my sideburn. It looked terrible.
What upset me was that she (MISSY) didn’t even acknowledge it before I left. I even tipped her.
Don’t get me wrong, I know sometimes people have accidents, but usually those happen at cheap places, not when it is a $ 30 men haircut.
thankfully I went back the next day and asked someone else if they could work a miracle and try to even out the mishap.

I used Ground Zero Center City to have my hair done for my wedding two weeks ago. It was fabulous!!! Although it was a little hard to find at first, it’s a place that is totally worth checking out. It’s intimate, clean, and chic. Wendy, Missy, and MaryBeth allowed me and my bridesmaids to kick back and have some fun at the salon on the morning of the big day. They did a beautiful job and everyone was happy! We had so much fun relaxing and getting «beautified» for a few hours. If you’re looking for a fun & friendly place to have your hair or makeup done in Philly — check it out!

Heading to Sweat Gym, Ground Zero caught my eye. Since receptionist was super stylish (always a good sign), I gave it a try. Wow! what luck! Ellen is a wonderful stylist and colorist! Not only did she discuss my options with me thoroughly, but she gave me gorgeous compliment-​inspiring hair. I’ve since sent a friend to her, and she’s now a regular. Fair prices, great service — and free entertainment (one glass wall overlooks the gym floor) — what more could you want?
