Must give props where it’s due (ahaaa), you can tell that the owner spent a lot of time and thought into decorating this nifty place! I was so entertained by all of the plushies, pictures, and little figures here and there. This place has its own character like no other.
Saddens me a bit to give them 3 stars, but I ordered a mango shaved ice which was very mediocre. The ice was rough. Some mango chunks were quite sour (but they were very generous with the portion though). There was another layer of what seemed like mango purée with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. I was really thrown off by the scoop of ice cream since the consistency and taste of the ice cream was so different from the shaved ice. Maybe if it was a scoop of mango sorbet or something, it would’ve been more suitable.
It’s definitely a great place to just hang out with your friends and take some cool pictures!

We stopped on as we wanted something sweet after our awesome steak dinner. This place is very inviting from the minute you open the door and very clean. The staff were extremely pleasant and warm and took the time to explain the menu. The cheesecake here is top notch as I am a cheesecake fan. My counterparts all had the chocolate Nutella cheesecake and they loved it! I had the strawberry cheesecake waffle and I am food heaven!!! A must do!

Got the Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream cause it sounded cool, plus they had a sign up saying it’s the new trend. We were so disappointed that my bf and I started laughing when we got it. It was a laugh of «$ 3 and that’s it???» I felt so stupid stopping by this place to get this. It was even smaller than a regular scoop of ice cream… The décor of the place though was really nice and creative.

Visiting Philly with my family and we wanted dessert! We decided on a completely different place but the line was around the corner! We found this as a second choice and I’m so glad we did! We got waffles covered in frozen yogurt, strawberries and Nutella and they were INCREDIBLE! It’s cute and quirky and well worth a visit!

OMG — this place s great for $ 3.99 Bubble tea and a variety of espresso drinks (my latte was terrific). NO DECAF available. Cute theme with movies and TV shows. Froyo, Korean-​style shave ice, RAMEN (did not try) and Liquid Nitrogen ice cream.
The lady (and her artsy husband) who run this place are terrific.
Service can be a bit slow as every order is made by hand.
We loved it here.
Oh — and we bought 6 macaron to go. FAB!

I wonder how this place even has 4.5 stars. Disappointment is an understatement for this joint.
We swung by on a whim, hunting for some caffeine. I spent $ 7 on an iced chai latte, that straight up tastes like watered down almond milk with a sprinkle of cinnamon, and double shot espresso OVER ICE. The kicker? The double shot espresso over ice was served in a mouth wash sized cup with 3 cubes of ice floating in the tiny paper cup. Are you kidding me?
Guess it goes to show that just because a joint got fancy coffee equipment doesn’t guarantee a good cup of coffee.

Really friendly setting! Astonishing things you can see there. They’ve great froWn yougurts. I adored nutella one. Delightful! I also had a Taro bubble Tea. I was surprised it was great. Although bubbles were overly soft. Every body should strive that spot and expitience at least once

This place is a great little gem in Old City. Instead of garish bright colors that froyo joints seem to go with these days, every little detail is a clever nod to a beloved movie or pop culture reference. I feel like I see something new every time I walk in! Not to mention, the froyo is tasty and the toppings are not lacking.
Highly recommend.

WAFFLES AND ICE CREAM. My favorite combination!
Philly isn’t huge in the waffles and ice cream market, but luckily this place services some pretty darn good waffles and ice cream.
My boyfriend and I came here around 8PM on a weekday and it wasn’t busy at all. Besides waffles and ice cream, they have self-​serve froyo and some other goodies.
We ordered the strawberry Nutella Belgian waffle. The Belgian waffle was really good, but it wasn’t anything super special. The ice cream was already melting when it came out to us boo :(but it was good and pretty I suppose haha.
The ambience is pretty relaxing. I can see a family here just grabbing a bite of ice cream. I loved how they had different characters and themes like Star Wars (my fav!)

This place stands out as one of my favorite memories from visiting Philly. We happened upon it while walking by and all the cute décor made me want to go in. Everything is so fun to look at! I tried the froyo and the butterbeer. The cream cheese and Nutella froyo were amazing. The butterbeer wasn’t as good as at Universal but still tasty. Everyone there was friendly. Next time I visit PA I’ll come back so I can try more goodies. Great place!

Came here after hearing the rave about their Acai Bowl. I would say it’s very pricey, $ 9 for one bowl. The Acai bowl isn’t that special, I’ve had better ones elsewhere. There was too much honey added in the bowl and the fruits are frozen — which makes it harder to eat. I would’ve liked it more if they used fresh fruits.
I found it interesting that they have korean ramen served here too — didn’t get the chance to try it though.
The store was really cute, though. A lot of cute decorations and a great place to chill with your friends.

Fun atmosphere with a lot of humor– and film-​themed memorabilia. The snacks and desserts here are tasty and many of them unique and relatively healthy/​high quality like the acai bowl — great place to pick up a snack before/​after a movie.

Talk about FUN!!! This has a little something for everyone. It’s so whimsical and will take the eldest of people back to their childhood memories. Disney memorabilia lined the entire store along with classic movies from every time period. The entire time I was there I could help but to look around and enjoy the space. Forget the coffee I had, I can’t even remember if it was good. But I remember what I felt like I this place and the feeling was awesome. Take your kids on a nice Saturday morning to kill a few hours. Hey, even take a date!

My sister and I visited this adorable dessert café when we visited Philly. We ordered 2 macarons, the strawberry cheesecake waffle, and a mango milk tea. The macarons were pretty good but nothing special, and the mango milk tea tasted really bad. Even though it was supposed to be mango flavored, it tasted like bubble gum and was super artificial. Between my sister and me, we couldn’t even down half of it.
However, the strawberry cheesecake waffle definitely compensated for the bad boba! The crispy, lightly sweetened waffle was piled high with yummy cheesecake squares and fresh strawberry slices. One of those waffles is definitely enough for two people.
The interior was decorated extensively with Disney stuffed animals, Star Wars figurines (since the new movie had just come out), and other well-​known movie characters. It was definitely a nice change from all the other cafes we visited.

My fiancé and I came here a few nights ago. He got the banana milk tea which he said tasted very watered down. The woman working there was very nice and exchanged it for a strawberry cheesecake smoothie. He liked that one quite a bit.
I ordered the Butterbeer, being a big HP fan. It’s basically a butterscotch liquid that is terribly sweet. It was great but I could only drink about half of it.
To eat, we got a Nutella brownie, which is excellent warmed up. We also ordered the macarons, which I found to be overwhelmingly sweet. That’s probably just the nature of the cookie; it’s just not for me.

Happily Ever After is a great twist on the usual froyo spots. Instead of bland décor, Star Wars knock knacks abound. Yoda sits with his Jack o’lantern and there are touches sprinkled about. I loved the map with photos of movies filmed in Philly. There are a lot more than Rocky!
The acai bowl was beautiful with its topping of blueberries, strawberries, and bananas all nicely arranged and glistening from a bit of honey on top.
The friendly young woman behind the counter said the vanilla macaroon was her favorite. It’s dark with a light colored cream filling, but tastes like vanilla and was a great choice.
I love Philly and this was a great last stop for a snack before I left the City of Brotherly Love.

When it’s mid afternoon summer, and it’s too darn hot, you could use a cold, tangy and «healthy «treat. We all know you love Fro-​yo! So go to Happily Ever After!!! So it’s another ducking froyo place. Why? you ask. Here’s why:
— The goofy décor is inspired by movies: «Simpsons» house coffee table, Wilson, the volleyball, — R2-​D2 trash unit, etc
— Made-​in-​house frozen yogurt. What’s your favorite? Greek yogurt, salty caramel, pistachio, nutella, strawberry and more. Topping? Wide variety of delicious toppings to customize your froyo the way you want. Indecisive? You may sample and taste before you decide and buy.
— Panini named after movies.
— Oooh, and on Fri & Sat they’re open until Midnight.
— Prices are reasonable compared to other froyo places. As it is self-​serve, you can always control the weight and the cost.
— They always serve you with a smile.
