Hollywood Tans

Skin cancer concerns aside, I visit this location ocassionaly when I need a boost to my skin tone.
It is clean with plenty of «beds» — so I have never had to wait for a booth. There are thee different types of booths with bulbs and a spray tan booth T here seems to be a good selection of lotions, although I have never used them. The girls behind the counter are pretty friendly — I can’t comment on their knowledge as I have never really seen the need to ask any questions.
Like the other reviewer said there is limited parking — but hey it’s the city so I consider there to be any parking as a score!
So if you want a little bit or a lot of bit of color this is not a bad place to go.

This particular Hollywood Tans is pretty nice but its choices are limited. They don’t have lay-​down beds for different levels, so you’re forced to do stand-​up every single time. The people that work there are not very friendly either, I’ve had numerous girls that were rude and not helpful at all. That is not to say every single one of them is like that, but the majority definitely is. The parking is really limited and inconvenient to get out of, as there is barely any room to back out your car. The upside to this place is that they open really late. I’ve been to other Hollywood Tans and they all usually close by 9. This place stays open to 11pm everyday except on Sundays, which completely shocked me. Overall it’s a pretty good place, none of the things I listed would make me not go to it. There are better branches, but what can you do?

Had the worst customer experience here ever! Went in for mystic tan. The girl told me, (without any politeness) «just have to clean it, have a seat» She then proceeded to have a 5 minute gossip session with another employee there «he said this and she said that and omg he cheated on her «and bla bla bla. While i’m sitting there, staring at them waiting for someone to clean the thing out.
So she finally starts to clean it and then other employee comes over there and they stand in the hallway for more gossiping!!! i’m staring at them WAIIITING for her to finish cleaning and they are just chatting away for another 5 minutes… IN Front of ME! and i can hear every sordid detail of the convo.
Soooo irritating, i really should have said something but i didn’t.
And to top it off, when she FINALLY lets me know it’s ready, i go in and they forget, the towel, and the lotion! UGH
I realize it’s a bit of a white trash neighborhood, but if you work at a business, you should have some courtesy to your customers.
Please Hollywood tans. be more careful of who you hire.
