The best store ever. And they have the best selection, tow floors full of furniture. And the best staff ever.

Of all businesses, I have never had such a horrible experience as I have had with this business.
We purchased a dining room set from this company. One piece arrived damaged and we were also delivered an additional piece that was not ordered but they said it came with the set. Our dining room is not big enough to take all of the furniture delivered so we called the day after delivery and asked them to take it back. They would absolutely not take it back. At this point we didn’t even care about the 25% restocking fee for returns, we just wanted out of this situation.
We read the return policy online which said, the furniture could be returned within 30 days for any reason. And they have hung up on us twice saying they would not allow the return and that they don’t care what the website policy says. The owner also told us that they have a lawyer they pay 50k per year and were not worried about us taking action. They were also not worried about poor reviews because they said they have enough customers.
We are now seeking counsel to help rectify this awful experience.

You could find anything from antiques to modern style furniture here. Since its a smaller company the owners are willing to work down the prices on items that haven’t sold quickly enough. They are especially generous with the price if you bring cash.
I personally like their location on Rising Sun and Adams ave better. They have two floors full of options. The manager works at this location so he is able to work free delivery options and other discounts as well.
The Erie ave location staff seems desperate for a sale. They follow you around and ask multiple times if they could help you. I’m assuming since it is a smaller building, they don’t get as many sales. They will ask you again if they could help you find anything as you walk out the door. I thought it was funny rather than annoying.
