I was served what appears to be raw chicken, here. I took pictures of the meal they served me. The manager refused to refund my meal but refunded the nuggets. I gave everything back. I feel sick.

It’s 6:23 am Saturday morning. It’s 24 degrees outside. I’ve come to McDonalds to pickup a warm breakfast. The store opens at 6am. The store is locked but all lights and signage are on. 6am means 6am not«any damn time you want»

I normally don’t stop at McDonald’s except for a rare treat and today i was craving one of their salads, but to my surprise when i got back to work and took the salad from the bag, i was so disappointed the lettuce throughout was all brown and i everything looked«old» and the chicken was supposed to be grilled and it was not, it also did not smell to good, my lunch went in the trash. I had thrown away my receipt and from experience i know even with it they give you a hard time refunding your money. Service was exceptional though, so at least i got that much, but would’ve loved that and a good salad for lunch.

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my 55 years. Even though I’m a resident in Chestnut Hill(loaded with great restaurants) sometimes I just want a quick burger and fries. My husband and I have given this fast food chain more chances than we would ever do with a sit down restaurant, but today is the absolutely last time we will ever walk into into this filthy and understaffed chain. Known for its fries, who knew that this chain continues to fry in oil that tasted like it was many months old… gross and greasy. The burger was cold(cheese hadn’t melted) and slapped together. There was no ice in the ice machine and no one seemed to care… The owner of this franchise should shut it down(sell or lose its franchise rights) and STARTFROMSCRATCH by consulting with a location that is always friendly, food is delish and hot(Hunting Park is consistently great). Isn’t there a formula they need to adhere to in order to keep the franchise? If so, this one is violating every covenant of McDonald’s. Not loving it and wouldn’t miss it if it closed… yuck.

Slowest, rudest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. They don’t even have a drive through and never appear busy so it’s confusing as to why you walk in and the employees just ignore you. Not that you go to fast food expecting much but this place is bad.

Worst McDonald’s around. It’s very slow there and they’re rude. If you’re in Chestnut Hill and you have a car, drive to the Andorra location or the Flourtown spot.

In the dining room, the music is too loud. The manager should turn down the volume of the music coming through the speakers in the dining room.

You know what you’re going to get when you walk into a McDonalds. Unfortunately that expectation is good tasting artery clogging food and mediocre service by employees who don’t really want to be there. Imagine not even getting half that — because that is what you will get at this location. RUDE does not sum up the employees of this location. One employee attempted to argue with me over the type of sauce that I originally requested for my order of nuggets. When I wanted to trade the sauce she gave me back for what I originally requested, she demanded 15 cents while the manager stood there shaking her head laughing at me. I know that she did not care about her job by the way she threw my order on the counter when it was ready and yelled«nuggets.» so arguing over 15 cents was for no reason other than inconveniencing me. I did write corporate who followed up with me in a few months to see if the store management or regional management contacted me, which they never did. This all took place over a year ago and I have never went back and still tell the story to everyone I know.

It’s not that hard to do a McDonald’s well. They fail.

This is more or less an average McDonald’s. However, they recently eliminated free refills for coffee. I find this very customer unfriendly, as almost every other fast food restaurant gives free coffee refills. I won’t bother going there for breakfast.

No Drive-Thru. Not open late. Not much of a McDonald’s if you ask me. The one thing this McDonald’s has going for it is its location. It’s walking distance for many of us in the Chestnut Hill area and is one of the more attractive McDonald’s I’ve seen. Other than that, it falls short. The service is very slow and any time I use a coupon they have to have a team meeting to figure it out. Not a huge Mickie D’s guy, but I, like most my age, appreciate a nice fast food drive-thru late at night. Come on.

Terrible customer service. Even for McDonald’s. Enough said.

Despite its location in a generally wealthy neighborhood, this McDonald’s performs poorly, even in comparison to other McDonald’s franchises. The weekday daytime manager, or at least the one I’ve encountered during the mid-to-late Summer does not have a good handle on things. The service has been severely lacking, and the food and beverage quality has been sub-standard. For example the root beer wasn’t made anywhere near right for weeks(I’m not sure of the exact time frame because I’ve stopped going there. Even for McDonald’s, this is a sad excuse.
