Oftentimes customer service like caution is thrown to the wind at your corporate big chain pharmacies and that’s what drew me to check out Neff’s. I appreciate their attention to detail and willingness to communicate with me when there are issues with getting my scripts filled. The pharmacist that owns the place is always friendly and down to chat as long as you want. Local indepent gems like these are so hard to find these days. I will never use another pharmacy AGAIN!

Local Chinatown pharmacy that I started going to a little over a year ago, while living in Chinatown. My husband has always gone to this pharmacy, and couldn’t understand why I would waste time dealing w/​the CVS and Walgreens chains, when I could have my prescription needs filled at Neff.
Finally, I broke down — and am happy that I did. The main pharmacist is always super pleasant and very knowledgeable on the prescriptions (at least mine, which are probably fairly routine).
We no longer live in Chinatown but continue to use Neff as our pharamacist!
