New Queen Chinese

I would give this 0 stars if i could. The General tso chicken tasted bland and dry. There was absolutely no flavor or whatsoever. My wings were tiny and tasted like crap. I asked them for extra ketchup, they gave me 1 packet. Really? This is the worst food out of every chinese place i’ve been to. Now please dont get started on the customer service called them about my food and they said every other restaurant is the same. Well i had just about every general tso chicken this city has to offer and their is defintally the worst. They also told me to not order again. You know what i wasn’t going to. Rude.

I can name on one hand the chinese take out places I will eat from in Philadelphia. This place is on that list. I found out about Queens from my friend when we were in high school. It’s around the corner from his parents place.
The food is great. I was super ecstatic when I found out my new apartment was in their delivery range. Before I would travel almost an hour just to get something.
My go to favorites are the Buddhist Delight, Mei Fun, almost all of their Bean Curd dishes, and the spring rolls.
I’ve never had an issue with them and I’ve been going to them since 2007. Delivery can be a bit long (or maybe I’m just impatient), the drivers are always nice, and the people in the restaurant are always nice as well. Though some of the customers can be a bit rude.
As long as Im in Philly, I’ll get my grub from Queens :)

If i could give this a negative i would. Yes affordable, not edible. 1 hour 20 minute deliver time. Chicken had fish taste, lo mein was almost black, rice tasted like burnt oil, wantons tasted like sour meat, soup had a soap taste. threw all 31.00 of it away. I have never had Chinese food this bad. so if they give me a lot of it… who cares!

If you look at the menu, everything is affordably priced. And there are tons of options. Most Chinese places are flexible on orders so be clear and kind and you shall receive. You get what you pay for here so be aware that if you like lots of shrimp, or extra sauces, add it.
Tasty creations: Philly cheese steak egg roll, different and good. Homemade juices, I mix em’ to make adult drinks!
Recommendations: Wings! Shrimp lo mein. Dinner combinations.
Pitfalls: Fried rice is light on meats in the dinner combinations; however, not many places offer that as an option and only give white rice (in this price range) so what can you do?

Absolutely AWFUL! I ordered delivery from here today (4÷13÷13) by far the worst Chinese I’ve ever had. The lady told me 30mins & it took 80. My general tso chicken was warm & a bit dry, barely any sauce. The chicken fried rice had slivers of bland chicken in it & the egg roll sucked, it was mostly the fried shell. I will never ordered from this place again, absolute waste of money. It only go one start because Unilocal wouldn’t let me submit without it this place is a ZERO.
