Worked out with Phil for over a year, he is really good and highly qualified trainer. He knows how to achieve the results I want and also provides flexible training plan in addition to dietary program. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of personal training and more importantly knows how to relate to a client. Over this past year Phil has become an integral part of my life and 2016 will be an even better year with Phil continuing to train me.

Phi and I have been training together for over two months and he has been great for me. Before going to «pump iron» with the barbell he detected I had some mobility problems that needed to be fixed before I could do exercises with proper form, so we focused on that, while at the same time doing other stuff with dumbbells and stability so that I could get a workout in even as we were fixing the other problems. We’ve been in a more regular strength training since dealing with the problems and he’s been excellent, teaching me proper form while at the same time challenging me by trying to increase little by little the weights we lift. Definitely recommended, if you have no idea what you’re doing or need help in fixing some awkwardness in your movements, he’s the guy.

Phil is great. Just started a program with him and in less than a month, I’m noticing big results(nearly 20 lbs lost). Phil takes a holistic approach — recommendations on what to eat and what exercises to do. Phil knows just how much to push you, and mixes it up each session to keep it interesting. He’s exceptionally qualified, and really knows his stuff.
