I ordered a combo party tray for a bachelorette party. It was a hit and the first thing to go! The pretzel and pretzel dogs were fresh, warm and delicious.
Ordering was super easy, and the tray was ready for the scheduled pickup time.
Staff was super friendly.

Like any girl lucky enough to get married in Philly, I wanted soft pretzels for the reception. I am so glad I called South Philly Pretzels! Josh is a fantastic person to work with. For a wedding, you really want to work with someone who thinks that your wedding day is as special as you think you think it is. Josh was one of the most responsive vendors I worked with during the whole process. I don’t think he ever took longer than 10 minutes to respond to my many questions via email.
From the moment I spoke with Josh, he made it abundantly clear that our wedding was a top priority. He arranged a tasting/trial for my now husband and I. He didn’t miss any details — our initials in different sizes, various salt colors, etc. The delivery was flawless and we couldn’t have been happier (pictures are posted).

Awesome place for philly pretzels! The manager and staff are friendly and quick. They always have a bunch of specials up everyday. There’s seating outside and occasionally a green monster will pop up.

I use to buy these wonderful pretzels from the street venders who you could find on many of Philly’s busy streets, they would stack them on a long stick and warm them up over small charcoal grills and slather them with yellow mustard, These pretzels filled many a hungry belly for the .50 + tip they cost back then.

This place is GREAT! The pretzel’s are cheap but delicious. Who though you could get 10 pretzels for $ 10. Traveled to philly from dc and happened to drive by this place. It has a convenient location and plenty of parking. Also I am a big sauce person and they like 10 different sauces to try!
The staff was also very friendly! Big home town fans and fun to talk to. Would def recommend to anyone traveling to philly! I wish they had one around DC cause I would buy platters for work all the time.

Omigod, so good. Fresh, hot pretzels that are soft on the inside, with slightly crunchy crust and a light sprinkling of salt. And if you’re in need of a lift, this location serves up it’s pretzels with a huge smile and friendly customer service. What a treat! And drum roll… you can buy 3 of these carby treats for only $ 1.75. Back in DC these babies cost $ 2.25 each! If you’re looking for a pretzel, Philly Pretzel Factory makes fabulous ones. And if you want great customer service this location is the place to get them.
If the managers/owners read this, I’m the customer who found you on Unilocal on 7÷12÷14. ;-). So glad I did!

Damn this place at philly pretzel factory at broad & McKean street. They have the promotion buy 10 pretzel get 10 free I bought from there 6 times already. The white skinny guy stamp only 4 for me WHY??? Because he stamped over and over the top each other. This place cheat us. Please be careful and check yourself if you don’t believe me. Bad man … now I go to Origon or 3^rd Origon ave better.

10 pretzels for $ 5.00 yes please! You can’t beat a good soft pretzel and this place nailed it! They are just about perfect. This was one of my last stops in the City of Brotherly Love, and it sent me back home to Virginia with a smile. We got there about fifteen minutes before they closed, the staff was happy, singing, and still slinging pretzels around! The price seriously does leave me speechless! I brought some back with me, and even now, I am sitting at my desk at work, dreaming about that doughy goodness waiting for me when I get home!

Watched «Undercover Boss» last night and it made me hungry for a soft pretzel! Some of the malls here in Houston sell a terrible pretzel wanna be. So very sad. Please open a franchise in Houston! Texas needs pretzels!!!

If you find yourself crossing Passyunk where it meets Broad, gettin cranky and in need of a quick, inexpensive little snack for yourself, why don’t you stop and get a soft pretzel? I’ll point you in the right direction: Look, Philly Pretzel Factory is right there.
Their pretzels are very good– consistently hot and freshy, soft and dense inside, crispy outside. This location is always sparklin’ clean and the employees are friendly. And another thing– Philly Pretzel Factory has this extra hot Dusseldorf mustard that’s nice n spicy in that horseradish way that goes zzzziiinnnggg up ya nose, just how I likes it.

I wanted some soft pretzels for a party. Initially I considered Center City Pretzel Co. but their hours are less convenient and they don’t really do the party tray thing either, so I called up Philly Pretzel Factory. Friendly service and a great selection of different trays and mustards. Pricing is not really on the website (annoying) but the guy on the phone explained that most of the smaller trays are $ 20 and the larger trays are only $ 5 more. I got a large tray of «rivets» which are like pretzel nuggets. We also got some of the extra spicy hot Dusseldorf mustard. My friends like spicy things and it was awesome; a huge hit at the party. The pretzel tray was right on time when I arrived. Good service, good pretzels and recommended.

As far as Philly Pretzel Factory locations go, this one’s as good as it gets.
The employees always welcome me with a smile. The pretzels are usually hot and fresh. The private rooms are always clean and tidy. (Oh, no, wait that last one’s some other place I’m thinking of.)
Conveniently located around the corner from Ultimo Coffee@Brew, I often pick up a pretzel or two on my way to get my blissful buzz on. Phoodie Alert™: pretzels and coffee are an excellent pairing. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

After coming to Philly for the past 5 months, I’ve finally had m y first Philly pretzel! This place is great because there is plenty of parking AND there is also a walk-up window (drive thru on feet!!). Pretzel prices are pretty cheap, 5 for $ 2!!! I dont think you can get any cheaper than that!
The pretzel itself is super plump, very bready, which I like! I always get a side a of spicy mustard w/my pretzels :]
