Pizza Hut

I like pizza Hut pizza but this location is incredibly slow! I was told that my pizza would be ready in 30 minutes and then after waiting for an hour I asked how much longer it would be and they told me it would be another 45 minutes! Don’t expect timely service!

First let me say I’ve never been a Pizza Hut fan. Never. But recently however I gave them another chance and can’t get enough! For starters I’ve never done delivery since I live pretty close, I always pick my pizza up. So I can’t comment on that. However, I usually do online orders which are pretty simple and accurate. Not that hard to navigate. It gives you a countdown to when your pizza «should» be done. But I’ll give you a tip about that a little later. As far as the over the phone orders go, don’t do it. Don’t waste your time. Simply it’s just not good. Trust me and just complete your order online. Now, when I go to pick up my pizza. No complaints at all there. They show you the pizza verifying that it has everything you want. You can get plates napkins and be on your merry way. Easy and simple. The pizza never disappoints so I can not complain about that at all… writing this review I’m craving some right now haha. They also stay open pretty late. So late night pizza is always a yes and never a no haha.
Just a little tip when ordering pizza online. However long the count down says you’re better off adding another 5 – 10 mins on that. That’s the average I’d have to wait after the pizza timer was up and I’d go to pizza hut and still wait for said pizza.

Never expected a 5 star meal from Pizza Hut, but really.

This location gives Pizza Hut a bad reputation. Whenever a patron enters the store it takes more than 15 minutes to get any type of service and please don’t dare to call in for delivery because they’ll lie to you about closing time because they’re lazy and unprofessional. The pizza is always burnt and they act like you don’t have the right to complain so I don’t recommend anyone to select this location!!!

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with sausage on it and they delivered me a plain pizza, but I called and they immediately apologized and sent me the correct order; pretty good customer service just messes up the order sometimes

I placed an online order for delivery. They forgot my soda, which isn’t really a big deal, he brought it back 20 minutes later. The issue was that the pizza was completely over cooked. All the toppings were burnt including the cheese. I called immediately to let them know and was floored by the response. The boy who answered the phone said «I’ll send out another one but it will be the same way because our oven is turned up too high». WHAT?! Why would you send it out, knowing full well that you’re burning them? And why would I want another burnt pizza? I politely just asked for a refund. He kept arguing with me to send another pizza. I refused and again asked for a refund. He responded rudely with, it’ll take 7 – 10 business days. Maybe it just wasn’t my day but I won’t be ordering from here ever again.
