This used to be a great rite aid. About three years ago I would have gave them a 5 star rating right off the back. However visiting them recently has made me change my mind. The pharmacy is and will always be the best part about this store. However now I wouldn’t use it unless I go through the drive thru. First off the plain clothes security guard has a tendency of following you around if you wander the store while your waiting to fill your prescription(s). I am a regular here so after the third time I realized he thought I was gonna steal some cold cream or something. I walked to the front one day to hear the cashier with the glasses say«here comes this one look» while the others begin to make rude comments. I tried to sway it by saying please and thank you but the stuck up cashier looked at me as if I stink and slammed her drawer close after giving me my receipt. All three of these employees are rather new and it’s like dealing with children trying to buy anything out of here. Also the shelves seem to always have maybe five of the products that go on sale weekly. If they do have it it’s probably in a crate sitting in the isle. This used to be my favorite rite aid in the area. However I suggest going to the one at Aramingo and Huntingdon if you want to shop and not be treated like a criminal.

one of the better rite aids I been in. I like rite aid better than Target. If you use coupons you can save alot along with the wellness card. Target only has the red card thing which I don’t like.

Terrible customer service! Don’t waste your time here. I waited, on a Saturday, with one pharmacist on-staff to assist the 10 patients waiting. The girl was very new and inexperienced, which is fine everyone has got to learn at some point. It took Lydia 2 hours to come to decide not not fill my prescription, after being told 25 minutes max. I won’t go into detail, however she took it upon herself to TEAR my prescription up at, «her discretion». I had just had a tooth pulled, not the most pleasant experience in the world and the novocain was wearing off. I was offered no alternative and since my prescription was torn to shreds no opportunity to have it filled at another pharmacy. Called the dentist back, but it’s the weekend and they are closed. Thank you Rite Aid, for nothing. Synopsis; A bunch of kids who just graduated college on a power trip wasting people’s precious time! Will not go back and surely would not recommend. You are treated as a «drug seeker» for any prescription above Tylenol. I will continue to use Walgreens as my Pharmacy, as I have never had an issue with their kind, efficient and knowledgable staff. Thank you!
