I needed old fashioned ink-​rolled fingerprints for Washington State and was told this was the only game in town. Looking online at the photos I was skeptical, but I had to get the printing done. Driving up, it looks very sketchy from the street and I almost left. I messaged a friend to tell them where I was, just in case.
Well, once again I was taught you can’t judge a book by its cover. I was impressed by the good humored, professionalism and kindness displayed. While I was there, a woman came up asking for prints, but her documentation showed that her employer had already paid. The attendant told her where to go in order to save herself $ 20. I’m always impressed by businesses that will help a customer this way rather than charge them for unnecessary services.
My fingerprints were completed quickly and efficiently.
Make sure to know what forms of payment they take before going.

If you need fingerprints or whatever other services they offer, do not hesitate to go. You’ll be glad you did! The manager (Barbara?) was wonderful, thorough, experienced, pleasant, reassuring — I don’t even have enough adjectives to describe her courtesy and knowledge. What an asset she is to this company and she loves her job (which is refreshing and rare today and a pleasure to see). Anyway, the experience for me was positive (fingerprinting) and I would recommend to anyone!

As others have stated, a little shady from the outside, but I was incredibly thankful to find a place that was open for fingerprinting on a Saturday for my Delaware professional license application. They were quick, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable– if I end up needing fingerprinting again in the future, I would return here without question.

When you first walk up to this van it honestly looks like the shadiest place in the world I will not lie. Even the inside made me feel worried that I was going to get my identify stolen. To my surprise the woman that was there when I had them done was really cool she fave me a detailed explanation of why I needed so many fingerprint cards done and all while not missing a beat. She ran through my fingerprints like an old pro quick and painless. I paid cash which I feel like was the only option so bring cash its 20 $ per fingerprint card so make sure you bring enough $ accordingly. I have to say it has now been a few weeks and I haven’t had any problems with my identity or anything of the sort so clearly they are as professional as they seem. So check them out especially if you need fingerprint cards done because they are the only ones that I know that still do it.

I’ve used this place twice for fingerprints and once for passport photos. It was quick all three times. I worry about the carbon emissions in the winter

First time I did this. I had no idea the child abusive record check was only $ 10 and could be done online, and she charged me $ 30 to do it for me! Wow!
Pros: Fast passport photos.

Like the other reviewer says, this place does look a bit suspect since it’s a mobile truck for fingerprints, but I went and was very happy I did. I had to get fingerprints for a Washington, D.C. Professional license so I went here. The service was very fast and professional and after the fingerprinting they give you stuff to get all the ink off your fingers.

As others have posted, it seems a bit creepy to get in a van to have your passport photo taken. But, Rosa photo was fantastic! Mrs. Jackson and Mr. Butler were extremely helpful. They both went out of their way to accommodate my needs (I had a baby in toe)
The place is clean and bright. Great costumer service. They’ll take your photo until you are happy with it. It is quick and professional and you get more than what you pay for. What else could you want!

I went to this location to get my Fingerprints for a professional license. I must admit, it looked a bit shady at first (it’s inside a mobile van). However, the guy was incredibly friendly and the service very professional. It took less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this service!!!
