Went in to grab a couple things. Wanted to try them on so I didn’t have to return them later because I’m going away for 2 weeks. I know if I attempted to take them back after my trip, they would give me a hard time like every other time I tried to return an item. Anyway, they apparently code the fitting room an hour before closing the store(which makes no sense since its a clothing store). When I asked the cashier why they close it so early, she responded with a rude attitude saying they didn’t have anyone to clean up after customers. If you want customer service, don’t expect it here. They are only nice to people they personally know.

This place is like a Marshall’s/TJMaxx. Affordable/discounted clothing, shoes, accessories, home items, furniture, bedding, etc. I’m surprised I even found items to purchase considering it looked like there was nothing here. They definitely need to restock and get more merchandise. However, I was able to find a few cute sweaters and dresses that were pretty cheap! The most expensive item I bought was only $ 14.99. I wish there was a Ross in North Jersey. I think Ross has better prices and cuter clothes than Marshall’s. I can’t really comment on the other sections in the store as I was too busy browsing through clothing. Overall, it’s an OK store. Definitely has potential to earn 4 stars :)

Dear Unilocal Diary Im big size girl and this place has very few selections compared to most Ross. Unfortunately, it is convenient because I was too exhausted to drive to Jersey so I settled for Philly shopping. I like going to different neighborhoods since the more upscale ones usually/more often than not will have more and better things to choose from. Is that just my hallucination or does anyone else notice this too? Do you think bringing a Ross to a lower income area means the better looking items wont sell? Think again. I think Id rather drive to like Willow Grove or more upscale neighborhoods to find a Ross… just because of this little unspoken thing retail management pulls based on areas on income and based on different neighborhoods they plot themselves in. Yawn.

This place is clean, organized but pretty empty which I like & don’t like. It definitely looks like they need to restock or is going out of business but I like that it is not extremely cluttered like all the other ones. The employees here look miserable like they don’t know how to smile & has had the life suck out of them. But it was only noon on a not busy Saturday! The security guard greated us though.
