Took a brand new white dress shirt in for cleaning and they lost it. The guy gave me a crap shirt that someone left to make up for it. Will not go back. They also own the snack/​food store next door and have to run back and fourth sometimes to open the dry cleaner. Maybe they should stick to one kind of business and try getting it right.

Thought I’d give these guys a good review and wipe out some of these complainers :)
I dropped off a black work blazer that I’d worn for too long before cleaning and that my dogs got to and dragged around the floor. It was dirty and wrinkled and needed some help.
I dropped it off at Simple Dry Cleaners and a few days later, I picked it up for under $ 9. It was perfectly cleaned and ironed and looked great!

lost my blue dress. owner claim that I never dropped it off. annoyed. I lost the receipt but still… I am sure of it. owner would not admit to it. I love that dress

After having a dress altered at Simple I was very disappointed. I will not be going back, overpriced for «tailoring» that I had to have re-​done elsewhere.

They are way overpriced, inexperienced and unknowledgeable. Owner would not admit to their mistakes or make them right. They also think you’re going to pay to redo their mistakes! Horrible.

Don’t expect these people to know how to tailor clothes even though they advertise alterations. They charge almost double market rates and when they make the mistake they expect you to pay twice to fix their mistakes. Don’t expect to get service in a hurry. I spent 10 minutes walking in and out of the place to get a garment back before the woman that’s supposed to be running the place frolicked over… No big deal.

Used to love this place then they ruined a batch of my sweaters (tags ripped off and holes). Also, they’re overpriced.

I took a Bridesmaids dress here to get taken in. They did it in 5 days and did a great job. Little pricey $ 50 but there were a couple places it needed to be taken in and I also don’t know the going rates (could be a good price, I don’t know). I’m so happy with how the dress turned out, went from being a sack to something actually wearable.

Just picked up 3 pairs of pants I had altered and I couldn’t be happier with the results. This was my first experience with Simple and I will be using them in the future. I also had a few items dry clelaned. I had called several other establishments prior to bringing my clothes here to compare prices and Simple was the lowest for alterations. $ 15 to take in a waistband compared to $ 20 – 25 at some other places. I was given a discount as a first time customer and Simple also offers discounts on Tues and Thurs. The staff was very friendly and answered some questions I had about a particular garment. Evening hours are a bonus as well!

Wish Jenny was the one still running Simple. Although, when she was there we still had problems and really wish we had an experience like the others posted. Unfortunately, this dry cleaners hours posted are a joke. They are often out when they say they are open, with no notification or backup plan. We’ve been left stranded on more than one occasion without our dry cleaning, b/​c the door was locked with no explanation. Today was unfortunately the last time we’ll use this place.

I love Jennie!
Jennie ROCKS! Missing button? No problem. Need it when??? No problem and one of the most honest business people I know. Accidentally left $ 40 in my suitpants when I was in store one day and by the time I had gotten home, Jennie called to tell me she found my cash.
The dry cleaning is great-​laundry is exceptional, especially for this demanding customer: D

Jennie is my hero!
She picks up my clothes, drops them back off, and calls me in the morning to remind me I need to get my stuff ready since she knows I need clean business wear every Monday morning!
Not to mention… the dry cleaning is great!
