Smokey Delights

My main squeeze and I went down to the Delaware this evening, and were wowed! Smokey Delights is best in class for sliced pork sandwiches, coleslaw, and potato salad! As an expatriate Southerner, I can tell you that you only get potato salad this good if Mom makes it. Mayonnaise, mustard, and a little pickle relish in perfect proportions. We loved the sliced smoked pork sandwiches and perfectly grilled sweet corn. Cole slaw was also excellent!
So sad that we just discovered Smokey Delights this late in the season. Independence Seaport Museum, please extend their contract until there is frost on the Delaware!

Delicious pork tenderloin sandwich — perfect with an ice cold beer at the Tall Ships Tavern beer garden outside the Independence Seaport Museum!

Great food, great atmosphere, great prices!!! Perfect place to visit for some good smoked pork and kebobs. The flavor is impeccable, the veiw is wondeful and the beer is cold.
