This Starbucks consistently under-performs in customer service. The wait times both in the drive thru and inside can be very long, no matter the time of day. They need to hire more baristas to handle the long rush hour lines. I waited at the drive thru window for 2 minutes on a black iced coffee, after waiting in the line a total of 10 mins. I have seen extremely rude service in the store, to both myself and other customers, which makes me hesitate to go back in. Sadly, this store is underwhelming as it is so convenient for many.

While the window server is nice, the service is so incredibly slow that it ruins the convenience of a drive thru. I only use it when I have sleeping kids in the car because no matter what time you come you end up waiting 15 min in the drive thru line.

I’m a frequent visitor of this store. Every time I go. An employee named Nora exceeds my expectations. She has a so much personality when she is interacting with me. I’m sure other patrons feel the same about her. My visit doesn’t feel like just another transaction.

The staff is lovely and the drive thru is convenient. I once saw the drive thru line was super long so I decided to go in, thinking it would be faster. But they use the sticker system for orders, so it didn’t seem to make a difference. Did find myself super annoyed that at 10am on a Monday they were out of the spinach feta wrap, along with other breakfast items. In my opinion there is no reason for that to ever happen. They should take a look at their ordering to ensure that doesn’t continue to happen. It doesn’t make sense from a business standpoint and they’ll certainly lose customers to the other locations nearby

Starbucks is starbucks and we all decide for ourself if it’s for you. This review is specifically for the drive thru. My first experience. I was impressed. It was fast, they go my order straight and I was still able to use my starbucks app with ease.

I was really surprised to see bad reviews for this starbucks! I come here because I like it more than the Starbucks that are closer to me. The employees are very nice and friendly. I also like the layout of the starbucks, I can always find a spot to do homework. Glenn is especially friendly. I have seen him deal with difficult customers and he always remains positive and kind!

I’ve been sitting here doing work for 2 hours at the bar and really appreciate the service I’m seeing(and that I received earlier). The employees are very attentive and friendly and the manager is currently working with a customer to fix an issue from his mobile order. I watched them politely fix another issue with a customer as well, and have been impressed with their personalities and attention. I especially appreciate that they are not loud or shouting, which is very helpful when people are here doing work. I will definitely be back here in the future because of this atmosphere – some Starbucks can be loud and rude but this is one exception!(Today at least!) thank you guys!

I was excited to see a Starbucks open in this location. However, the service is terrible. This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Also, the workers, for the most part, are unfriendly and rude. Anything more complex than tea or coffee is not made well and tastes watered down. Management needs to step in and anonymously watch the service and taste the quality to see just how bad this place is performing.

I pulled up to the window and waited. Two minutes later the guy at the computer opens the window. Then asks«What did you have again???» You got to be kidding me. I just left. Horrible service, Will not come back. Starbuck goldcard holder.

Fool me once… Thrilled to see a drive thru Starbucks open on my way to work so I stopped in about 2 weeks ago and drove right up to order with 1 car in front of me. They didn’t have what I ordered, and I proceeded to wait about 10 minutes for them to make it, but I chalked it up to new store. This morning I got in line with 3 cars in front of me to order. I then waited over 15 minutes to get my drink, at least 8 of which were from ordering to pick up. I said something to the barista and her response was a) to check to see if I was telling the truth about the wait and b) to say«yeah we have a really long line.» Actually you have an expected line for Friday morning at 8:30. She then shut the window on me as I was saying that I can’t be a customer if this is going to be the expected wait.

My excitement to see a drive thru Starbucks in the neighborhood quickly turned to disappointment after waiting in a line of 3 cars for 20 minutes. When looking in while I waited 10 minutes at the window for my drink it appeared that there were only 3 employees. They looked extremely disorganized, nothing was stocked and there were only 2 customers inside of the store so it’s not like they were swamped. My peppermint mocha latte was delicious as expected but something has to be improved at this location.

I’m happy that there is finally a drive thru Starbucks. Great location and close to where I live which is awesome. I love the open space inside. There is a mix of high top tables with low tables and sofa seats to sit on. I like how everything is spread out including the food items. Everything is not jammed packed together. This location does need to hire more people. They need a person who handles customers ordering inside and one designated 1 – 2 people handling just drive thru. When I go though the drive thru it’s not much of a wait but when I came inside there was a very long wait because the barista was handling inside and drive thru customers. Drive thru order where being served a lot faster then the customers inside waiting for their drinks/food. They were out of a ton of stuff because no one has yet to go through the boxes and open them to restock items. I like this Starbucks but they really need to hire additional staff especially because they have a drive thru. Being that this is a drive thru location they can expect more customers because of the convenience of not having to get out of the car. You need the staff to make sure both customers inside and outside are getting their order efficiently and timely.
