Thank you Jill for arguing with me about a caramel macchiato upside down vs caramel macchiato v caramel late. Your professionalism is astonishing. Instead of arguing with a customer, why don’t you actually attempt to complete my order and LOOKUPTHERECIPE

Not the best starbucks because it always takes a long time. Also, there were times when they didn’t make my drink altogether or forgot my food. The first couple of times I have gone they weren’t friendly but yesterday they actually smiled & were in a good mood, I wonder what changed ! I’ll take it! They technically got my order wrong(I asked for cold brew, they gave me iced coffee) but at this point I don’t even bother to have them fix it as long as I’m not paying more than what I asked for. It’s not the end of the world but it’s not right so what do you do? Let’s hope it doesn’t continue.

This might be the worst Starbucks location I’ve yet to experience, not all franchises are created or operated equally I suppose. Warning — do not come here if you’re trying to run to work on time or catch a train. unless you have 20+ minutes to spare. Yes it takes about that long to get a drink(even an iced coffee) as that’s all I ordered this morning. The line wasn’t even that long — there were about 5 people in front of me when I walked in. Somehow that equated to waiting roughly 5 minutes prior to ordering and then another 7 – 10 minutes in order to get the iced coffee order(I said 20 minutes since you have to either run to work or your train.) None of the employees were incredibly friendly either — just meeting expectations of saying the right things but with the most unenthusiastic demeanor and lacking a smile to say the least. I worked at a crazyyyy busy Starbucks back in the day — and we were able to get those lines out the door in less than 5 minutes. Take the order while they’re waiting in line — they pay, then their drink is done. Pretty inefficient at this location. I’m actually quite surprised corporate/management hasn’t said anything. this never woulda flied at my location. In a rush? Go across the street to Café Cret — or even Dunkin in Suburban station

Every time I order a frappucino in this location, I always get a snobby look and an «ugh». I mean, if you don’t want to make it, why have it in your menu. The rudest baristas ever and not to mention slow service!

I visited this Starbucks around 2 p.m. on a Saturday, so the cacophony of the typical weekday review is certainly not reflected here. The place was practically empty. The service was friendly enough. Dare I say, with its tables and plush red chairs, that it was even cozy. I’m from NYC. I’ve put up with a LOT of worse Starbucks. Ha! Like I said, I can’t speak for weekdays at this place, but for a quick coffee or tea on the weekend if you’re in the vicinity, I can definitely give this place a good mark.

This Starbucks is underwhelming to say the least. Be prepared to wait at least 15 – 20 minutes for anything — even if it’s a pre-baked good. Also, save your receipt because they are known for forgetting parts of your order.

A little slower than most, not sure if it’s because of the location or being understaffed or something else. For such a high-traffic area you think they’d be a little quicker, I hope it picks up soon! At least 4 people working at all times would be ideal!

The customer service at this Starbucks is unacceptably rude. I stopped in before my early morning half marathon to get coffee, and from the moment I walked in, the baristas acted like they were annoyed that I was there. I know it sucks to work the opening shift on a Sunday– I used to work at Starbucks and have done it many a time– but it is your job in the service industry to act pleasant even if you don’t feel like being there. Anyway. I was drinking my coffee in the lobby and had to use the restroom. I asked a barista if I could use the restroom and rudely she replied there was no public restroom. She said I had to buy something first. This was the person who had made and handed me my drink. I was the only customer there. I said I already bought something and she grudgingly asked another barista to unlock the restroom, which he did, acting like it was the biggest hassle ever. Seriously…this is not what I expect from Starbucks. I will be contacting the district manager of this store.
