I have found my favorite T-​Mobile store ever. This location in Roxborough is convenient with free parking in the back and the sales people are friendly and helpful. I get friendly and fast service there and the employees actually take their time explaining things properly to me. After reading the reviews for this location I was skeptic about going there however I am glad I gave it a go. I walked in with a billing issue and the employee went above and beyond to fix my issue and save me $ 40 on my bill. I just recently bought my iPhone there and I got a call from the manager asking about my service at the store as well as the company overall service. I usually don’t write reviews for non-​restaurant locations but I had to comment on this one. Highly recommended!

I have been with t mobile for many years. Went in to buy 2 new phones. The phones we ordered were not coming in for 2 days. We were ok with that. Next day t mobile text me & said phones were on back order for up to 6 months. We canceled that order on the phone & ordered new ones. 1 ½ weeks later this store calls me & tells me I have to pick them up & return them myself. 1−800-tmobile said it is because this store does not help the customer out & they were looking into it. Not happy with them & will never go there again…
