WORSTEXPERIENCEEVER! I came here to update my account information on my family plan as I was in the process of purchasing a Verizon Phone at another retailer in the area that was running a promotion and I needed to update this info to complete the transaction. I came into this store and there were two employees behind the counter working with two customers. There was another customer walking around waiting to be helped. As I came in I stood waiting and was never greeted or acknowledged. Even if you are currently helping someone you can take two seconds to greet customers as they come in and possibly let them know how long the wait will be. After standing there for over 15 minutes I finally spoke up to explain I just needed to quickly update information and asked if it could be done from their kiosk. The employees just looked at me dumbfounded. When they finally started to help me they couldn’t even get into my account and told me my social security number and account password MUST be wrong. I had just used this information to previously access my account at the other retailer. They told me there was nothing to do and that I was wrong so they just couldn’t do anything… WHAT? IMATVERIZONTOUPDATEVERIZONINFO, IFYOUCANTHELPMEWHOCAN? It made so sense. I left and called Verizon and they helped me in under 2 minutes. This place is a waste of time, useless and has horrendous customer service!!!

Today we went there for some help. Brent(or Brett) refused to help us. We are transferring our account and we asked him to look it up. He said he already knew what it said and we should just go to the one on Market St.

If I could give this store NO stars I would. BEWARE is right, this store has no idea what the guidelines are for Verizon Wireless. I went to purchase the new iphone the day it was released but I wanted to purchase the phone and transfer to my own plan(I was on a family plan.) The sales agent stated I had to transfer first or it would cancel out my order and warranty for the Iphone. The manager overheard our convo and rudely told the sales associate he was wrong and that I could purchase and transfer to my own plan later. WELL, later that day I transferred to my own plan and it cancelled my order! Funny part? No one told me! I was told the phone would come on 10÷7÷13, so I called in to see if it was in yet, and they said not yet but they showed that I had one coming on my account. Fast forward 3 hours, I call back to see if the mail came, and a different person said my order was cancelled the day I transferred my plan over! The kicker? When the order was cancelled, they failed to credit my account back. Save yourself the headache and go the extra mile to a real Verizon store!

I walked into the store to use the automatic bill pay machine and upgrade my phone. After minutes fumbling with the LOUD bill pay machine, I gave up and began waiting for assistance. These $@#€* had me standing in the store for 7 minutes without even acknowledging my presence. I looked at one of the sales reps and he looked at me and just kept talking to some other guy. No «I’ll be with you one moment» or anything. These dudes were so RUDE I walked out!

Beware! I purchased an iPhone here and bought there extra protection plan becasue they told me Verizon insurance does not cover the 4s. Fast forward 9 months. Took the now malfunctioning phone to a Verizon store in Boston area where I now live and was told that where I purchased it was a reseller not an official Verizon store and that by purchasing their protection plan it cancelled my Verizon insurance(and lined there pocket). To get a replacement I needed to take it back to the Philly store. A complete misrepresentation and scam. DONOTGOHERE
