I don’t even know where to begin. The service with this company started off well with the sales rep, but when it came time for the actual job, everything did not go as planned. They were late, didn’t clean up — left mud all over my house and they left the debris in my basement, drove over my lawn three times, and when I made a complaint, they said «ok, thanks» and hung up the phone. Time will tell if the actual waterproofing works, but if their customer service is any indication, I would go elsewhere. Not a happy customer.

Don’t use this company. They clearly don’t have their act together. We scheduled them to come for a quote. They called to confirm the day before and we told them that we would be here to at the scheduled time. They never showed and didn’t call. I called the next day and spoke with the office manager. She said she didn’t know what happened, but would look into it and call us back. Needless to say, she never called back.
