I sent in an application in July. December, I called them to follow up, and nonchalantly, the recruiter said «Oh, I didn’t realize you had applied.» He then asked me to come in and discuss a position. Not long afterwards, he is calling me about the need for coverage, fifteen minutes BEFORE the start time. He did that multiple times.
Also of note, the recruiter i dealt with (Jimmy) had very dirty glasses yet did nothing to clean them. If you don’t pay attention to a detail that is crucial to doing your job, something tells me this isn’t a good situation.
Overall, UA is a very disorganized and disreputable place. Other temp agencies (none of which I know of) do things way better.
