Untouchable Roofers

They came out to fix my roof two months ago. It is still leaking. I paid them in full. They have made no effort to fix it. I have called emailed and sent messages on Facebook. They claim they don’t get my messages and that I don’t show up for appointments. This is untrue. If Lori is reading this I would appreciate a phone call at the least.

This started off as a great business relationship. They were responsive and set up the appointment, arrived on time and did the work despite some bad weather. The crew was courteous and had expert level knowledge.
I had some stucco work done and bad leak fixed but a week later the same leak persisted but at a worse rate. I immediately contacted Lori at UR and she said she would try to get a team there to get this corrected since under contract I have a 3 year warranty. It has been 2 months since that point and Lori has made nothing but excuses to not have a team come and fix the leak. And since then a whole corner of my house has been extremely water damaged from this leak that was supposed to be fixed. There was even a day when Lori said that the team couldn’t come to my house because they felt a drizzle in the morning and it was nothing but blue skies all day. Even worse than this, Lori and i had to start texting since she said her calls wouldn’t come through and then when it was time for her to confirm an appointment via text she would lie that her texts never went through. She did this on multiple occasions and it only occurred when it was convenient for her argument. This was the worst form of business management I have ever witnessed. At this point she has flat out ignored all of my attempts to contact her including phone calls, emails, and texts.
I gave her fair warning that I would write this review as well as filing a complaint to the BBB and hiring a lawyer but I guess she didn’t take me seriously. Now I will probably have to cover all these costs AGAIN because this company will not stand by their contractual agreements.
I am sad that it had to get to this point because the team that worked on my home was very professional and this will hurt their reputation but I can’t let a business continue to do this to people who work hard for their money and expect companies to fulfill their contractual obligation.
Please avoid doing business with this company unless you want to deal with the stress, pay double and work with another company to get it done right.

After buying a house we learned that our sellers didn’t properly do the roof on two sides of the house and we had a massive leak. I called Untouchable Roofers and the owner, Lori, was so helpful and immediately made space for us. The workers came out the next day and redid both roofs beautifully. We had a little bit of residual leaking and they came back out to fix it at no additional charge. Lori communicated quickly and openly with me throughout and addressed all of my concerns and more. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I would definitely use them again!
