I have eaten here twice and I’m so in love! Curry chicken, Oxtails you can’t go wrong. Please if your in the Frankford area and want some delicious carribean food please visit this place!!!

I am a lover of Carribean and Jamaican foodstuffs and I have my usual spot that I go to, but this place is a lot closer to my house. I’ve been here twice already and each time the food has been pretty decent, hot and reasonably priced.
(S/​$ 6-​M/​$ 8-​L$ 10-​$ 12) depending on what you get.
I have ordered both their Jerk Chicken and the Curry. I prefer the former over the latter. Their cabbage is pretty good (although they mix it with winter blend which I find a bit odd. I’m not a fan of cauliflower in my cabbage)
Their mac and cheese is OK… but just OK. I love a cheesy sharpy bite with mine, but maybe that’s just me.
Unfortunately, because of the neighborhood, you have to order your food from behind a bulletproof glass, but, as long as you get in and get out your fine.
Either way, If you like reasonably priced, decent tasting Carribean food (mixed with winter blend) give them a try. Whats the worse that could happen?
