This company «claims» to be able to help repair/​fix your facility which is not true. Ms Rader and her company will do nothing but suck up your money and leave you worse off than when she arrived. Rader thinks she is above and beyond EVERYONE, she is unpleasant and rude and thinks the world revolves around her. She is a «nurse» but is completely incompetent and proves to be inept at any task put in front of her. It is easy to see she is someone who continued her education to obtain higher degrees but clearly has no clinical experience. She knows nothing about gerontology which is supposed to be her specialty, let alone psych or even medical surgical nursing. Why should she fix charts, or medications, or even admissions when she could pretend to tackle a thousand other jobs. Hiring her is the equivalent of throwing a stack of papers down a stairwell to organize them. She provides no support for the clinical staff, no compassion for any employees. No matter what you do, it will never be enough. She wants specific things done but will not give you the tools to do them. She will poll your staff as to what to do to improve the facility and then use them as her own, which will ultimately fail because she never seems to grasp exactly how a facility runs.
The same goes for her staff Phyllis who seems easily distracted by patients, and can’t see the task at hand and always refers to the «days when she was a nurse.» Which, is of no help clinically because rules and regulations have changed. She will continually try to pull you OFF the floor to lecture you, not realizing you actually do have a job to do tending to the patients. Finally Margaret who unlike the others, has apparently WORKED as a nurse but is too busy trying to cover for the mess Rader has created.
I would not recommend this company, not even to my worst enemy.
