Funny but i havent seen anything like that before. i went there a monday noon and the one person that working behind the counter complaint that her help was outside watching the accident that happen at the highway. we waiting 10 minutes it wasnt even busy and of course she made the coffee all wrong. the owners of the business are aware of this?

Donuts and coffee, in a small little shop that has been there since as far back as I can remember. They don’t smoke in here anymore though… so that is good. My neighbor used to work at this location, back in the 1980’s.
We go here at least once each time we visit P’burg, and they are always busy, so they must be doing something right. A dozen mixed, plus a few large coffees, and we are ready to go.
Sometimes I like to turn right, back up towards the ‘mall’…just for old-​times-​sake.

Horrible experience… Got a Peach flavored tea. Well thought it was, I seen the girl putting it together smelling my drink then put the lid on an set on the counter for me. As I was driving away I took a taste and it tasted like they started to pour coffee And then poured tea on top of it. So I took it back in and said it was not what I ordered … Instead of giving me a new cup … Dumped out what was in there and added more to it … First sip was fine … Second a little down … Coffee tea whatever mix it was … Didn’t go back in cuz if I do I don’t know what I would say … All I wanted was what I paid for. would give ½ star or no star but can’t on here… Never going there again!

Dunkin’ Donuts is one of the best franchises going IMO, however, like any other franchise there are going to be some locations that are better run than others. That being said, I’ve been DD’s all over the country and will drive the extra distance to go to the ones I know are good. This location is by far the best DD’s in the area (Warren county, Lehigh Valley). The staff is pleasant to deal with, the coffee is always made right, the food is consistently fresh, and I’ve never had issues logging on to their free wi-fi…;-)…in other words, it’s what every DD’s should be, not much else to be said.
