Had an appointment, came in 15 minutes early and did all the paperwork before my appointment was scheduled. Brought into the room 45 min after my appointment was scheduled. Waited another 30 minutes in the room. Terrible. Doctor is nice but seriously look at your reviews, always complaints about wait times and we were no different. Procedure took 2 min for the over hour long wait.

Six months ago I had an appt with Dr. Li. After waiting almost 2 hours for an appt at noon, I was finally seen at 1:45. I sat in the exam room for another 15 minutes before Dr. Li came in. I went in there as a new patient, as I had moved here a few months prior. I knew exactly why I was there, as I had 3 rx’s from my previous dr — all I wanted was new rx’s bc my refills had ran out. Dr. Li sat down, asked why I was there — I told him why, showed him why, was told his office would call in my rx’s and that was all. Less than 5 minutes. I told my husband, he didn’t even LOOK at me, that this is one of those, ‘turn em and burn em’ get them in and out, drs offices. How right I was.
I found out from my pharmacy TODAY, 6 months later, that he only called in 1 of 3 of my rx’s and that what I have been filling for the past 6 months were refills from my old dr. Such a f*cking JOKE. That man didn’t pay the slightest bit of attention to me or what I said.
My advice… If anyone — ANYONE — makes you wait for two hours for anything, when you have a previously scheduled appointment — WALK OUT.

Back for a follow up and I hoped things would be better. I was wrong. Waited a hour to be seen and the cleanliness has not improved. This time there was blood on the floor.
He seems like a nice person and what you would expect of a doctor but leaves me thinking…

I wish this could be better. Dr. Li came recommended so I drove out to the office for a 12:30 appointment. At 1:42 I was seen! I was furious and of course even though Dr. Li himself seemed nice I could not warm up. No right to keep people waiting that long. I’m not even convinced he did a thorough skin cancer screening since he was so behind. Do not put yourself through this! I would rather pay out of pocket.

Zero stars would be appropriate! I’m writing this review as I’m sitting here waiting to be seen … Been waiting for over 30 mins and still have a few people ahead of me. They are absolutely irresponsible and do not know how to schedule accordingly. They have scheduled, what seems like 10 people for the same time. Their excuse … They see a lot of patients! Oh, well that makes sense, maybe you should schedule some more! My advice to them is stop being money hungry and tell new patients that you are overbooked, there are plenty of other dermatologist around. Pissed off, still waiting, but it seems like I am getting ready to walk out!!!
UPDATE: finally was seen after addressing the front desk over and over again … The doctor himself was not bad … Very energetic and attentive. If it wasn’t for his staff I would have rated this place better.
