Have used 4AC for long time now, and still do. Great customer service, made good relations with the owners, Debra and Bob. Recommend to everyone looking for good truth worthy service at unbeatable prices. Have recommended to other family members and always get great service even in the busy times of the year. Have them coming back for regular twice a year service. ****Highly recommend!

Won’t be using this company ever again! Poor customer service. I had to request a different company, through my home warranty. Disappointed.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Spoke with a lady by the name of Deborah, about an issue i had with a thermostat that was replaced by them. She was VERY rude, and immediately started telling me that it was not their fault why my heater stopped working. She didn’t even let me describe what was happening, before she started yelling and cursing over the phone. This lady has anger issues. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional, let alone somebody who cursed at the clients. I will be notifying my home warranty company about this, and will NEVER be using this company again. I will also be getting in touch with the owner of this company. When i asked her to let me speak with him, she refused to give me his contact information. She then cursed at me and hung up. STAY AWAY!!! They do not stand behind their work!!!

Spoke with the owner «Bob», and he is just as rude as the lady who answers the phones. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I paid another company to come look at it, and they determined «4 A/​C» hooked up my thermostat incorrectly. They forgot to instal a jumper, and also had the thermostat set to «gas» instead of «electric». What kind of company is this? You would think they would know how to instal a thermostat? If they cant get that right, how can you trust them to instal a full on A/​C unit? I will NEVER be using this company again, and i urge you to please STAY FAR AWAY from 4 A/​C. Avoid the headache, and call somebody else.

I am surprised at the review below, because I had a home warranty company for the past 6 years and they’ve recommeded this company… and they’ve done a great job on my historic home. We have a 30 plus year old A/​C unit and Bob has serviced it a few times and been honest and up front about what it needed… plus it always got fixed.
I did not renew my contract with the home warranty company (we had a child and it slipped my mind) so I called them when our A/​C crapped out again today. Dustin squeezed us into his schedule and serviced us and got our A/​C back on again in a matter of minutes.
These guys are great, take it from someone who has used them to patch along a system that is 30 years old… for 6 plus years. They are honest, up front, and have our business for as long as we are here.
