After reading tons of good reviews for this company, I decided to give them a call. I had an old car with an engine that had just blown. When I read that this company did junk car towing I gave them a call. Mainly to see what the process was or if they pay for the old car or not. After a moment of tooth pulling he asked what was the make and model. After telling him he asked, and I quote «what the hell is that?». After a moment later of getting nowhere and a few more swear words — all of which came from him. I hung up. I called another company that had me setup and quoted a price within a few minutes. I will never use A&E.
