If I could give them a zero I would. M. Delgado is the rudest and ill tempered underwriter that I have dealt with in a longtime. He does not know his job, his knowledge is sub standard. He must have been a employee that was hired off the streets and put to work without training. He needs some customer service training as well as underwriting lessons.

Got a quote for year of commercial liability, signed up, paid the premium. 8 months later got audit papers, filled then out, and shortly after received invoice for $ 3800 which with paid premium, made my insurance 9 times higher that what original quote was.
As it turns out Allen Financial Insurance Group gave me a quote on State required minimum and not the aqtual numbers I have submited. Allen explains: we gave a quote on what state requores and in one of the pages it says quote it subject to yearly audit. Insurance is not responsible for brokers quote and demands money. They got payed and I got very expensive lesson
Its really sad to know there are crooked companies like this out there.
