I AM AN FIR SMALL BUSINESSES BUT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU ARE BLACK PHOENIX IS RACIST AND THEY ARE FUCKING LAZY I MOVED INTO THIS PLACE JULY 2015 PRE PAID SIX MONTH AHEAD BY THE FOURTH MONTH THEY START TEXTING ME FOR THE FIFTH MONTH PAYMENT. I advised the Mexican lady whose face is on the business card for this location not to text me when I never signed up for it and to calm herself down because Indy owe for another 2 months. They have hours of operation and don’t even answer the phone. NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE.
Someone broke into my cat while I was away at school so I needed to get the car fixed when I got back home to Phoenix I go to the storage unit to my school things away. And I can’t get in… My access is denied. Some jack ass calls over to me and says u need help I said why can’t I get in. He walked into office with me and said that my unit was under repairs and that a letter was sent to address. Now please tell me why they would send a letter to my PO BOX WHENI HAVE AUTO PAY AND GET AN EMAIL EVERY MONTH OF THE INVOICE PAYMENT?
Dumbass but you can text when don’t owe u shit I had to wait a whole week for the locker to be open SOME LADY GOT HER PURSE STOLEN SO NOT A NICE NEIGHBORHOOD AND OF COURSE NONE OF THE CHEAP ASS CAMERAS SAW SHIT
