Clean Sweep Property Services

The company I worked for in Phoenix used these guys for their parking lot sweeping. One of the worst companies I have ever seen, constantly skipping the scheduled days and blaming equipment failures. If the equipment is such junk that you continually have to call the customer to excuse the lack of service, then replace it so you can have a dependable fleet of equipment. Even when they did show up the standard of work was horrible. I was one of the first employees in at 7 AM and many mornings I would wonder if they even bothered to show up as our parking lot was trashed. The owner would tell us their standard response when he would call to complain was, «well we swept four hours ago you know people could’ve stopped in the parking lot and threw their stuff out.» But it’s stuff that they hadn’t bothered to pickup or sweep up on a week or two that was complained about. Thankfully we were not open to the public, so we didn’t have to worry about the image it portrayed to our clientele. I feel so sorry for any business that uses this company and has to justify their services to their customers, I would be mortified.
