Not only does Santos (the owner /​operator) know what he is doing, he is honest, affordable and fast. I cannot say enough good things about this computer repair shop. I am very happy with the way I was treated and the quality of service.

Amazing customer service!!! After calling one of the ‘big box stores’ and hearing it would take 6 – 8 days to fix my computer, I called Geeks and Clicks. They were so helpful on the phone, and even better in person. Santos was so professional and skilled, and I was out the door in 15 minutes with a smoothly running computer. Simply amazing! I HIGHLY recommend Geeks and Clicks. A++++

I would absolutely recommend Geeks and Clicks to anyone who is in need of computer repair. The owner is extremely friendly and seemed to know exactly what to do to help. The service was excellent and the price is very reasonable!!!

Best, best best! Mr. Nava is honest and fair. His integrity is obvious. And his service is fast. I will not go anywhere else when I have computer equipment that needs to be serviced or fixed. You will know what I mean after you meet him. I feel lucky to have found him on Unilocal,so the first time I went in to get my laptop repaired I learned that his daughter is a former favorite student of mine. The apple does not fall far from the tree. What a small world!

I have driven by this establishment for a long time — and I had used another company for the last fifteen years but never really felt as though I was treated fairly — Well Geeks and Clicks is an outstanding repair shop —- Santos, the owner is a very polite and knowledgeable person —- no doubt he has a lot of return business. This fellow has a clue as to what business is about and how to build relationships. I watched several other customers while I was there — and he does whatever it takes to make the customer happy and satisfied. I am glad I went in with my computer issue — and he was great — I will be back and tell others about this place —- a real diamond in the tons of computer repair establishments. — Santos treats everyone equally and makes you feel you are important — and you are — you are the customer.

Super friendly service at a reasonable price.
I took my Dad’s PC in to have the network card replaced. Although I would not characterize the service as fast (Santos said he had problems getting the correct part from his supplier), the owner definitely worked hard to keep the repair price very low. He did not insist on performing unnecessary diagnostic work, since I had already done that and basically told him what the problem was, which I appreciated. Once I got the computer hooked up again, it worked perfectly. Good work, Santos!

I went in to this business a few times before I ever bought anything and spoke to the owner who was always very helpful. The last time I was there I had been fed up with my laptop always crashing. As of yet we don’t know if he is able to fix the hard drive errors that are going on however he sold me a very nice laptop at a more than reasonable price. He told me it was selling on Ebay for about a $ 100 more than what he sold it to me for but it was actually a lot more than $ 100. I could re sell this on line for a profit but I love it too much. Great deal Great service. Would definitely do business again here.
