My clothes are always spotless and the owner is the best. Down to earth and cares about you!

They do a very nice job on the dry cleaning, but their prices are simply outrageous. Can’t justify returning.

Due to my busy schedule, I rarely take time to write a review but Hour Glass Dry Cleaning is THE BEST dry cleaner you will find in this valley. I’ve been going for years – even after we moved from Arcadia, we still drive quite a distance just to bring my clothing to them. Sunhi, one of the owners, truly cares about her customers. For example, while on a business trip, I took a white jacket to another dry cleaner. It came back with a «sorry we tried» card on it. It was one of my favorites, so I brought it to Hour Glass and the stain was gone. I know it was because Sunhi took the time to follow through and take care of it. She is also multi-​talented. Once their seamstress was gone and she not only fixed the repair but it was repaired perfectly. I’d have to say in the past eight years, everything I taken there has been expertly cleaned and they go above and beyond to work with me if I need a quick turn-​around. I’d trust them with my most valuable garment. Hourglass is truly a FIVE-​STAR –for excellent service with a considerate and friendly staff that truly care – a rare combination these days.

I have been bringing my dry cleaning and alterations to Hourglass for YEARS. I have nothing but wonderful thing to say about them. The owners are exceptionally kind and genuinely care about your business. They are honest, friendly, and incredibly professional. My entire family loves this business, the owners, and their work. They are the type of owners who will remember your conversations from a previous visit and inquire about the follow-​up. We love them :).

Hourglass Cleaners are the absolute BEST cleaners in arcadia/​biltmore! They are extremely friendly, priced appropriately and convenient and fast! Brad and Sunhi are the owners and work there all the time. They have a real neighborhood feel to the way they run the store and remember customers. They were able to get candle wax out of silk without any change to the fabric or pigment, and alter clothing for a custom fit! Always do everything I request! Highly recommend from a gal with lots of high end clothing and difficult fabrics.

Terrible! I have been here several times for patch work and the woman is always so RUDE! I thought the first time it was a bad day but she is just mean. Most of the work was ok, but on a pair of jeans the patch showed through and they used a different color thread. When I asked about it she just kept saying «no no no, this is how we do it. You don’t know» When I said you are being rude, she told me that i was just a terrible person and to get out. Don’t bother with this place!

I went to Houglass Cleaners this morning to pick up some dresses I had dropped off. One of them had a stain on it that I was worried wouldn’t come out, but it looked perfect when I picked it up! I thanked him for taking such good care of my clothes. The owner is so friendly. He commented on my early start to my morning, then took my bill from $ 74 down to $ 65 just to be nice and «contribute to my good morning»! Great service, friendly people, I’m definitely a customer for life.

Hourglass is THE BEST. Hands down, the friendliest drycleaner I have ever been to. Family owned, operated, and staffed everyday, its such an enjoyment to take my dirty laundry too. The location in the breezeway across from AJ’s at 44^th Street and Camelback Road is hidden from site, but once you find it, you will remember it forever. I wouldnt think of taking my clothes anywhere else.
