Intents Construction

We picked Intents Construction to renovate our kitchen based on recommendations on Houzz. We made the correct decision as they did a fantastic job. First they had to deal with the City of Phoenix in order to get the correct permits. That in itself is a disaster waiting to happen. Governmental bureaucracy at its worst. Fortunately Intents Construction was up to the task and they managed to get the original permit and a change of permit without having to spend months waiting in line.
Once the building commenced, they were all business. The building area was enclosed and so the rest of the condominium was dust free as the demolition occurred. The reconstruction went really smoothly and the old kitchen morphed into an airy open space that made the whole condominium look and feel larger.
Every day the area was left clean and tidy.
Glitches that had to be overcome were conquered with ease and all the correct building codes were followed.
I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.
