JJ & E Dental Group

I’ve been using JJ & E Dental Group since 2008 and I have been very pleased with the level of service and quality work I have gotten from Dr. Ju-​Young Lee. He and his staff are competent, priced fairly, easy to work with, and friendly.
As a cash paying customer I am glad to do business with Dr. Lee. He has helped me out on price and has allowed me to break up my major services into payments with no problem. Additionally, and perhaps most importantly, he stands behind his work. No questions asked he will make things right if you are unhappy for any reason. I have had cavities filled, ex-​rays taken, teeth cleanings, root canal therapy, and crowns done with Dr. Lee and I have been impressed with how well everything always turns out.
I would recommend Dr. Lee also because he has a great staff of girls who call to make sure you remember your appointment, are friendly when you come in the front door, and are good at what they do in terms of assisting Dr. Lee with patients. After years he’s had new people but generally the staff is the same as when I first visited. That says a lot about what type of office he has.
Price wise I think he is competitive and he routinely beats other offices prices on services. His checkups are very reasonable and they always do ex-​rays to make sure nothing is coming up that is a potential problem. Also, I’ve had a root canal done with Dr. Lee and not only was he less in price, but he also gave me several follow up appointments to make sure everything was going well and that my tooth was recovering. He genuinely cares about his clients.
Overall, Dr. Lee and his staff are a lesser known but great little dentist office in Phoenix. I’m glad I found him and I (along with my family) will continue to see him as long as we are in reasonable distance from his office.
